What a hidden gem! I walked in here while on a business trip on a whim and I'm so glad I did!!! Everything about this place is top notch. Everyone who was working that night was incredibly kind and friendly. We started with some fresh baked sourdough bread balls and a bowl of beef vegetable soup. As an appetizer we enjoyed the railroad shrimp. I would go back for these alone. Careful if you order these... As you just might want to go back every night to enjoy - they are that good 👍 For dinner we ordered a ribeye steak with a fully dressed baked potato and seasonal vegetables, as well as a Cajun boil mix of shrimp, potato, sausage, corn. I've included two pictures of their Cajun boil, one piled up the way it's comes to you, and one a little more spread out to help you see the different component portions. It's a high satisfying mix of goodies!!! I asked for the ribeye to be medium rare and it was served spot on to temperature 🌡️ melt in your mouth delicious. You can see the fully dressed potato is no joke either. Even the seasonal vegetables were better than average restaurants efforts, and I usually consider those a "throw away" side at most places when you can taste that they are microwave from the can fresh. While I don't know the origins of these vegetables specifically it was a delightful mix of carrots, string beans and bacon!!! Yum!!! Honestly the cost to value holds up very well in my opinion. I've really paid far more for far less tasty food in other restaurants. I found this meal to be extremely reasonable for the quality and portions and you just can't beat that down home flavor and hospitality! PS if you are a butter lover, ask them for the nicely whipped butter for your bread (versus the individually wrapped butter pads). They serve Challenger butter and the cup of whipped butter is the perfectly spreadable temperature for your bread, corn cobs, etc.

☆JAMES☆ was our waiter and he did an OUTSTANDING job. He was extra nice and details oriented. He is the exact representation of how everyone should treat their customers. An example for sure. His performance was impressive and he went above and beyond to help us in choosing our food and to make sure everything was as we wanted. My boyfriend had the steak and he said it was one of the BEST steaks he ever had. The baked potatoes , asparagus and veggie plate was really good and taste as they use the grill and you can really taste a unique flavor. Both salads were fresh and with the right amount of dressing. The Atmosphere is also unique, not your usual restaurant and we loved that! Thank you JAMES to be so attentive !

We had Ranier as a server. He was, amazing. We are on a Keto diet and he made perfect recommendations. The rib eye(14oz) was the perfect size, the asparagus was grilled to perfection. This was our second visit and we will be back. LOVE the decor, the food and the staff.

How does a steak cooked to perfection, impeccable service, delicious desserts and happy hour specials sound to you? It sounds like my kind of place. The bar area is a great 1st date spot. The Joe's steak for two is my favorite. Plan on taking home leftovers. Happy Hour is all day on Sundays. IG:SACRAMENTOHONEY

Meal was excellent. Slow cooked Joe Steak. The waitress was superb. A great meal. Pleasant surroundings and attentive staff.

Stopped in for happy hour and had the mini nachos and a large beer, which was a good value, especially since I got some of their AWESOME sourdough rolls too (just ask for them, no charge). First time here and I really liked the feel, the aesthetics and the friendly vibe here. Service was excellent and it was a great experience, especially for a chain restaurant. I'll be back and try lunch or dinner here. Looks like they have a lot of customers, which is a good sign.

Wonderful place to eat. The tropical iced tea is great. The service was really good. Wait staff is very attentive. I was surprised how fast they got the food out. Definitely try the crab cakes and the shrimp appetizers.

What a great place. Cudos to Steve for his great service on my birthday. The steak Nebraska was a colossal piece of amazing carved for a hearty eater. To top it off with the GIANT SLICE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE! That was ok. Lol. Come enjoy a great atmosphere.
