I'm so glad it wasn't a real barn! Rather, it's a standalone restaurant in what else, a supermarket parking lot.
Although known for their waffles, their other savory breakfast items are worth a taste. Their food is hot and delicious, delivered by their friendly & efficient wait staff, and their biscuits and gravy is outstanding.
This Roseville staple is successful and unchanged over many years. It's clean and well kept. Be prepared to wait on weekend mornings because word has gotten out about this barnyard gem.

Great spot for breakfast. The service and food are always awesome. Your coffee cup is always topped off, too. Fantastic number of options on the menu; there's something for everyone. Pictured is the "Joe's Scramble" with country style potatoes and a biscuit and gravy.
Food was Mom and Pop quality. Good portions. Order Biscuits and gravy and cinimon roll waffle. Both very good, waffle was a tad overwhelming with Brown sugar. Only bad thing was that it wasn't packed and we saw our waitress twice. Took our order rudely and slapped the check on the table at the end. Our busboy was amazing, he was more attentive than our server and very kind.

Food was really good, i had a perfectly cooked waffle, eggs, and 4 sausage links all included in the combo #2. I was really craving a waffle and this place delivered. This may probably be my new dine in breakfast place.
Excellent food! Friendly and attentive staff! It was busy but they were well staffed so we were not neglected. Will definitely come here again! I ordered the eggs Benedict with tater tots and a chocolate chip waffle. The tater tots were nice and crispy.
Always a great place for breakfast (I haven't had lunch there yet)! Service is always faa and friendly, got our food today in under 10 minutes! The biscuits and gravy are to die for! Highly recommend!
We eat breakfast at Waffle Barn about twice a month. The service is friendly and fast. It's super casual and a basic diner atmosphere. Lots of seniors dine there, but you also see families with children.
Around holidays, they can get backed up as it's a popular spot for family groups. They will arrange the tables to fit the group.
