Today I stopped at Safe Credit Union and saw this place next to them and it looked good.. First impressions food looked delicious with lots of great options, the lobby was good, the seating area was nice and clean and orderly.
When I came in their was one lady running the grill and she seemed to be like a manager but running the grill interesting. The person that should of been at the register was no where to be found.. later she came strolling out of the bathroom but the manager lady left what she was doing kinda barked at her and then took my order.
I ordered my food and decided to enjoy it while sitting at the table, which was clean and there was some tv's with random stuff on, which was nice for background noise. The food was good and very well made (thank you manager lady) the fries were good not great.
Overall it was a nice experience but I think there's always room for improvements and I hope the next time I visit there will be less frustration in the room because she(manager lady) was very upset with the lady that was supposed to be at the register, was in the restroom for a over extended time.
Located in a cute complex and easy to find! Super clean inside and out. We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. Everything was cooked perfect and they had lots of different dipping sauces. We will definitely be back to try more.
Food is amazing. Burgers are great. Fries are fried with some kind of oil that makes them taste delicious, especially the smash fries. Got the smash tots one time but they came completely smashed lol, as in I had to eat them with a spoon…haven’t ordered again. To be honest when you order for pickup it always seems like the fries aren’t as good, much better the faster you are to pick them up because they are very crispy. If you have them at home pop them in an air fryer for a second.
Can not believe how good the hot Mac and cheese burger is! My shake was made perfectly. This is a happy customer!
The experience I had at Smashburger in Roseville was exceptional! The ingredients they used were quality... I definitely recommend this spot to appear in the Roseville area and want a really great burger with great service and a lovely atmosphere!

I am a Smashburger fan and wanted to post a review since they have a lot of negatives, surprisingly. I’ve been to many Smashburgers from all over the US including Nevada, North Carolina, and Virginia to name a few. I enjoy the special state burgers but I noticed California doesn’t have a special burger, which is disappointing :/
Price: 4/5 This is my first California Smashburger and I came knowing it was expensive. I do wish it was less expensive, however. It was about $33 for two of us, a burger each and a side each with no drinks.
Quality: 4.5/5 Delicious! Colorado burger is super flavorful, almost too much, and has a spiciness to it. Smash fries, wonderful. And fried brussel sprouts were amazing! However, our fries and sprouts were VERY greasy! Our food came out quick (less than 10 mins) and was hot :) it was about 830pm on a Sat when we arrived.
Staff: 4.5/5 Manager was super friendly. Employees were all around positive.
Cleanliness: 4/5 Not a lot of employees and they were all busy. It’s a fast food place, people make a mess.
I normally love this place and I frequently order through Grubhub for my lunch while I'm at work. Several times now my order has been wrong as far as add-ons and today I received someone else's order completely. I called to nicely let them know this mistake had been made so the hand off person can be more careful and while they did say sorry after initially deflecting responsibility, they also chuckled before hanging up the phone which is rude and disheartening as I've worked in customer service for a decade and was taught better.
This was my first time ever eating at Smashburger and was not disappointed. The crew looks like they are already firing on all cylinders despite only being open for a few days. Suggest getting there early to avoid long lines.
First timer. I got the Double Truffle Mushroom Burger and it was really good. It was surprisingly juicy also. Great service. Would recommend over many other burger restaurants.
My double Mac & cheese burger was tasty and original and sweet potato fries & a milkshake are always bonuses.
Better each time I go. I got the wings this time. I was hesitant because they seem too expensive for what you get, but the cost was worth it. The wings are large and filling. Good value for the kids meals, too.
They could cut back a bit on the salt, though. Getting our food was kind of slow, but it was fresh. The place wasn't busy, but I think they were filling a lot of door dash orders or something.
First time having a smash burger. It was good. The tater tots were ok. The cardamom turmeric lemonade was bomb
It's kind of shocking to see someone literally "flipping burgers", but dang if they aren't tasty. I just had a classic burger and it was delicious. The fries were nothing to write home about, but they were good enough. Staff were friendly. They seemed happy to be there, in contrast to the world weariness of staff at other chains. Overall a great dining experience.
