Jade was really helpful and we had an amazing time dine in this restaurant. Excellent customer service and clean environment. The fish tacos were great, I like the one with avo more than the original one. Highly recommended this location and will definitely come back again soon!
First time I went to this location. I placed my order with a guy with red hair and he did a good job. However a lady came out to change cash register drawers. She was very polite and before she got my food together for takeout she politely excuse herself to wash her hands after touching the money. She thanked me kindly for coming in. A very genuine lady on the short side with dark hair. It was around 4:30 pm.
Rubies taco Tuesday has always been a staple fish tacos are my go-to just regular with Chipotle salsa always a winner
Also had the chiliqulie bowl and it was really good, great grilled chicken
One of my favorite places to eat in Roseville. The chipotle salsa has a great flavor, but it's not hot enough. I like to get a tub of it, and then squirt in some of the really hot sauce from the squirt bottle. Also, they have a great green salsa and a great hot red salsa. My favorites are the shrimp burrito (the burrito especial) and the fish taco especial. Rarely do I find a fish taco better than the one at Rubio's, and never from a chain. I used to talk about La Salsa, but I haven't seen one in a long time.
My husband and I both got their California Bowl. The portions are HUGE and everything was fresh tasting and delicious. Loved the salsa bar. Prices were reasonable for the portion sizes and fresher taste. I thought the food here was much better then El Pollo Loco.
A great place for casual dining. The street tacos and gourmet tacos taste great and there usually isn’t a long wait. A great place to eat either alone or with a group as I usually meet up with family here due to the great central location just off the freeway. Their salsa bar has a great variety and tastes good too.
It was a little expensive considering the serving size… but service and presentation was very good. The menu had quite a few health options which I always appreciate. Ingredients were fresh.
Best tacos i've ever had! The fish taco, chicken, steak, it's all amazing! The california roce bowl with cauliflour rice is also an amazing keto option! I always look forward to coming here with my wife and son

Their Taco Tuesday is so good. We had fish tacos and they were so good. The craving came on. We went here and it hit the spot perfectly. The service was excellent and the salsa bar was clean and well stocked. I am hungry again! 🌮🌯⭐️🔥💯🚀🙏
My first Rubio's experience. WOW! It was delivery and a lot of restaurants either shortchange delivery customers or just throw the meal together. Our bowls were as nice as if we dined in. We ordered extra shrimp because we didn't know the shrimp bowls already had lots of shrimp. Everything was absolutely fresh and the bowls were huge. The salsa was fresh and limes were included with the bowls. A great experience and we'll be back! Thank you, Rubio's.
