Great place for a birthday party!! Kiddos had fun eating pizza, playing games and celebrating with friends. There’s lots of games, the ultimate package was plenty! Came with 60 tickets and 2 rides!! Games cost 2-6 tickets. Prizes as low as 25 tickets! I’m not sure if renting a room was worth the cost, it seemed like if you got there early you could claim a couple tables. It was nice to have privacy though. Bathrooms got pretty gross as the day went on, and some of them need repairs. We’d definitely go back!

This place is great for kids. But the food is need some improvement like the soup was too old, some of salad prep is not fresh. But overall is good place to visit for family.

The food is fresher if you go when it's busy. I sometimes go here on a weekday afternoon. There are fewer pizza choices, and the food sits longer before it's eaten than it does if you go on a busy Saturday or Sunday. There are lots of fun activities for the kids, and the restrooms are usually clean.

We are frequent visitors of JIP. Since 2017, we have visited and continued to increased our visits. Our frequency has accelerated due to summer and fall passes (great deals!). I’ve been extremely impressed with their manager in recent years. Robert Gonzalez hustles, demonstrates great work ethic that’s visible for all to see, and very approachable. Our family is fond of Cindy who we met years ago in the fun world area. She’s consistently helpful, greets us with a smile, and one of the reasons we enjoy our frequent visits. It’s been a joy to see her advance in her career. We visibly see her leading by example even when not obviously watching. She’s a keeper!

Super fun! It definitely has an old school, classic vibe in there. It's a lot to take in at first but it's awesome. I wish there were some little modifications like signs saying you can eat in the theater areas, and signs saying to leave your trays and plates at the table (so I didn't walk around balancing all our plates and cups looking for a trash can when there were no trash cans anywhere) and silverware/straws closer to where you get your food/drinks instead of around the corner but those are small trade offs. The having rides inside is so fun. My son loves this place (and the pizza) so much. Also super fun for birthday parties. I highly recommend!

Take my kids all the time they love it. The games are fun, and the rides are light-hearted. The food is iffy. The ice cream and baked potatoes are amazing. The pizza is not the best, but the dessert bar is chefs kiss. The rewards are not good. They are super cheap and flimsy. You should save your points and combine them to get one of the good prizes. I would recommend for kids aged 5-14.

A fun place for your whole family, if you want to spend your whole day then its good place to go with All the Food You want Buffet. The food menu and quality is good , even for the vegetarians. The play place has alot of games in which some of them are usually forms of android or apple games such as the fruit ninja, tower blocks, Tap Tap Bird. The simulator games of guns , bikes and cars are good but they dont have high graphics or reality. The physical actions games (basket ball etc) are just good. Games: 6/10 Food: 8/10 Overall: 7/10

Once I got an understanding of how to correctly get the play passes & pay everything else was smooth like butta baby. It's a nice place to let the 3 year old grandchildren run around and play & snack all in 1. The margaritas slush ice was nice. Only if it didn't have the margarita mix it would have been excellent. It wasn't much alcohol, but I don't drink so I couldn't enjoy. I just had to taste it though because of the ice. I like me some ice. Kaiser ice is best then canes. But they have nothing on John's playtime.... 😆

It's a great place to spend an entire day, especially with the buffet. I have given a star short for a couple of reasons. The first one is that the buffet options can have more choices. The dessert menu was really slim, and the pizzas were only about 5-6 options. The second reason is being on the arcade games. There were a few games which were not working. For a couple of them, even after requesting assistance, no one showed up. Overall, however, it was a pleasant experience!

Went here with my girlfriend and her kids. I liked the buffet menu, girlfriend wasn't that fond of it. The kids seemed to enjoy it, though. They have some rides and of course a lot of games and stuff like Chucky Cheese. Several themed rooms that are nicely done. Be prepared to spend a good chuck of change though to keep the kids busy.
