Love the new remodel an the service was outstanding the cashier not only took our order but came to our table to see how we were enjoying the food. I wish i would have got his name but he was working the noon shift. We will def b only going to this jimboys.

Jimboys is getting expensive. There's usually decent parking here since most of the mini mall is vacant. The place was clean and the service was pretty fast. One of our orders were wrong but not a big deal. Tacos are great and still one of my favorites for it's unique taste. I notice it and people that sorry in the restaurant talk about how much the process have went up. That's bad when that's a common subject with visitors.
Absolutely delicious tacos. Great ingredients and THOSE TACO SHELLS. You will pay for them, and you will wait for them, but they are worth it every time.

Their tacos are just addictive. They're cooked on the griddle until supple, but not crisp, and dusted with parmesan. The fillings have a wonderful balance and are deliciously seasoned. Great with or without their salsas.
We liked it! Tuesday is $2 tacos, so we had those and a burrito, which was filled with beans, rice, and shredded beef. Very busy for lunch and prices not bad.
Been eating Jimboy's since I was a kid. Moved to the Bay where there is no Jimboy's. Visiting Sacramento lately and stopped by Jimboy's. Taste and quality still the same. There's nothing like a good old homemade American taco.
We have eaten at many Jim Boys through the years and there is much inconsistency in quality and care. This particular Jim Boys is the highest quality that we have experienced. The presentation of the food is beautiful, generous and I wish I had taken a photo of our tacos to share. We recently were at another Jim Boys and it was lousy. The Douglas Blvd restaurant will be our go to place from now on.
Jimboy's is a Sacramento institution. It may not be the healthiest, but if you're going there you're generally not overly concerned about healthy food for that meal. Combo plates are the best value. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas... it's all good, if a bit greasy, and always fresh.
Can't beat Jimboys tacos. I've been a fan since eating my first one in King's Beach when I was a little girl. I always order the original beef tacos. The guacamole is delicious too!

So good. Greasy American style tacos (melted cheese, lettuce,and seasoned ground beef on a fried yellow corn tortilla). Two beef tacos and a chicken burrito is my go to. So good. Wish they were in every city.

Love me some jimboys tacos. They have been around for ever and they are always a reliably delicious taco. Will go back again and again as long as they don't change their recipes.
I love their ground beef tacos. They are my favorite. Had their enchilada too. Sauces are delicious. This location is clean and spacious
