Before I talk about the food. Let's talk about the amazing service. When I ordered, I was greeted by Allie. She is so sweet, nice and hospitable. What a great introduction to the restaurant. While we were waiting for food, Mary, the manager came out the dining area. She was engaging with some other eating. I could hear her asking them about the food and were they enjoying their meals. She approached our table and was asking the same. She was so attentive and genuinely cared about serving us. If you could have a manager of your business this lady is excellent. She then introduced my to Texas Hot Sauce. It is 🚀💯⭐️. So good I could have just drank it without any protein. Then came the food I ordered 1.5 lbs of brisket and giant baker with jalapeños cheddar sausage. It was really good. I would definitely return. I want to order my Thanksgiving meal from here. To add Kulib (sorry if I misspell your name) is working hard in the kitchen and deserves kudos. So glad we ate here.
Stopped coming here like 4-5 months ago over some customer service issues. But came back today and it seems to be in a better place. Had the westerner sandwich and fries and it was really good. Good tasting brisket and my fries were perfect and hot. I wish they had the self serve sauce and free ice cream again. But I’ll survive. Food was definitely much better than I remember from the last time I was here. Customer service was good and she was super nice and helpful. Will be coming back again. Thanks!
I had never before been to a Dickey's BBQ, and I feel like I have cheated myself on a sprinkle of joy my entire life as a result!
The food is ah-may-zing. The meat is tender and delicious (highly recommend the brisket), the sides are perfectly cooked. Specifically if you know what good fried okra is supposed to taste like.
The people are great too. The owner truly cares about the customers and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful.
I can't say enough nice things about this place. Oh, also football on the TV...so that's awesome too.

Wow, BEST FOOD EVER!!!! This is the closest BBQ in California, I have been everywhere looking for real Texas BBQ. People claim they are Texas BBQ, but it never tastes like Texas. I should know. I lived there for 10 years. Finally, I feel like I am there. Not only is the food amazing, but it has 5 star service. I met Mary, who helped me with my choices. She was amazing! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was so kind at bent over backward to make me feel at home. You have to try this food, You will LOVE it!
Came in on Veterans Day and the host/owner was absolutely amazing. She helped us out and had our food out in no time. Their attitude as great and so was the food! I will be coming back.
The service is always friendly, very clean, and of course the food is wonderful!! We always order some pulled pork, love their pork ribs, depending on the day a big baker, baked potato, with or without meat on top, will make a wonderful meal all by itself. There is a good variety of side dishes, that please both adults & kids!!
I just have to say Mary at the register taking the order was excellent with her customer service. I believe people need to get recognition for their work ethic. Something we don't see often now and day.
Friendly and capable staff. The brisket sandwich was amazing! Very juicy and fresh. I love it that they serve the bbq on the side and not on the meat. Will come again!

Being in upper management for a restaurant myself I know that what I observed was not only harassment but also belittling.
The poor kid who was trying his best was being talked to like a little kid and treated in a way that us as customers paying what we pay to eat , shouldn't have to see.
You should keep better management on site before you get a lawsuit and unable to keep help.

I received my food as ordered, and kudos to Mary for being a very attentive server. After my meal, she also reminded me they prepare holiday food!
Mary was super sweet and was very helpful. Being from Texas, this is the closest thing to actual BBQ that I've found so far around this area. Definitely will be back!
I love this place. Kids love it as well. Food is always on point. Been here many times and every time I had a really good experience.
