Food is good! Portions are great! Really enjoyed are lunch here..

Have been to multiple L&L locations in the Bay Area but the ones out here are not as high quality as others.
Ate here 3x, same experience. Wish they cook meat a little better and use fresher meat. (Was hoping it'll get better)

I did not realize how much I missed Loco Moco and Spam musubi. The portions are excellent and the pricing is good. Eating here reminds me of ABC market in Kapolei and Ko'olina. Aloha!

The atomosphere was comfy, but not the cleaniest, but it was only because employees were busy taking and making orders.
I ordered lumpia for takeout and when I got home I only had 8 and not 12. I called them and they immediately made it right. They offered a refund and an additional free order next time. I instead opted for coming back and getting what I was missing and they gave me a double order as extra. I was very pleased with their service and their food is delicious.
Update: So been here a few times since original review. The food has gotten way better, the front end of the house was extremely nice. They need updated seats though. I sat down to eat in store and one of the cashiers came and gave me a cup of water without asking. Do I need it? Maybe, maybe not, but to do that without asking shows the kindness of them. Definitely great food and great front end. Love this place and cannot recommend it enough. If you haven't tried them, you're missing out (and the prices are great too!)
Used to love this place. Wife wanted me to get it again and I agreed. We get our favorite, the bbq combo and well, it’s burnt. Seems they didn’t clean the grill often enough and now have burnt pieces stuck to our food. As well, I found hair in my macaroni salad. They were busy with a lot of cooking, but that is not a reason for low standards. Will have to find a new place to go to four our Hawaiian bbq fix now unfortunately.
My experience today was Awesome I had DoorDash pick up my order everything was delicious and exactly what I had ordered, Nothing better than some great food while stuck on a job site and cant get away to get lunch Excellent Job Thank You!!

Food is consistently good at this location. I highly recommend the chicken katsu, beef short rib galbi, garlic shrimp and spam musubi. Last visit I tried the hamburger steak and the portions were huge for regular sized. This came with three hamburger patties slathered in very tasty gravy and served with rice. I've never ordered a bad item here and L and L really knows their Hawaiian food.
Get there early. The sign says they close at 9:00 PM, the staff say 8:45. I got there at 8:48, all the chairs were up, and the floors were moped.
When I'm able to get their food, I like this restaurant.
I ordered regular size Chicken katsu with rice and macaroni salad and order of Spam Wusbi and the order took roughly 15 minutes because they were slightly busy. Customer Service Amazing Nice.🌺

The lost delicious Katsu chicken I have tried and by far the best L&L I have had in a very long time. The food was fresh, the food was hot! Everything was great and had enough sauce. The rice and mac was amazing too!
