We love the light and tasty pizzas here. You never leave feeling gross or overstuffed. Host is always very friendly and the owner will often come by to check on you. They have a unique take on salad and a good rotating tap selection

No place better to get great food in a long time for Roseville. The pizzas are amazing, and right now their brisket sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I have had. Their appetizers are delicious, too. Service has always been great and the atmosphere is nice. They have a nice patio for dining and if the weather is not cooperating there are outdoor heaters. I highly recommend you try Flour Dust for some great food.

The pizza is out of this world. Fresh, thin, chewy, just perfect. It comes out very fast, too. Pizza is full 5 stars. However, when I received the bill I discovered a couple of nickel and diming fees that I hate. I would normally lower the overall rating even more for this, but the pizza is just too good: 18% automatic gratuity for party of 6+, and... $1.50 charge for a side of parmesan... Come on now. I know this stuff costs the businesses money to provide, but realize that you lose possible repeat customers with these types of practices, which costs you more than the cost of the cheese.

This place is so good. Best gluten free crust I’ve ever had. It’s not the typical hard cracker you get with GF, it’s soft and doughy. The pizzas are true Italian style. The toppings are extremely high quality. The salads are so fresh and delicious. Everything is 10/10, from the food to the service. I used to think the pizzas were priced a little high (still worth it), but honestly inflation is insane and from what I can see, they haven’t really raised their prices. So now I think it’s a great deal for the quality of what you get. One of the very few places that are still worth going out to eat for!

My son and I went to check it out after golfing since we both wanted pizza. Our playing partner recommended this place so off we went. Food was delicious and my draft beer ice cold and tasty. My son had a pepperoni pizza and opted for one called the Helena. They brought fresh parmesan cheese and fresh red peppers as I requested. The only reason I am giving 4 versus 5 stars is due to the price. The pizza was a bit expensive but the food was delicious. Definitely will come again.

I am a pizza snob from New York and I don't think most California pizza should be legally allowed to be called "pizza". I also usually avoid gluten. I could tell from the pictures this place was worth a try and I wasn't disappointed - it was worth the gluten! This is the best pizza I've had west of the Mississippi. The crust was just about perfect and I can't wait to bring my family here when they visit. The homemade sausage was amazing. We also got the Guido (LOVE the name) which was delicious and "packed with flavor". The ceasar dressing and homemade croutons were excellent. As far as price I think it's well worth it for the quality you get. It's average cost compared to other places and much tastier. We will be back!

I stopped by to order take out, and boy was this place busy and I can see why! I ordered the pear salad, 1/2 KB and Ali special and the French toast bread pudding. Did I care that the ice cream was melted when I got home? Not one bit, because it was absolutely delicious! Everything was, you can tell they use top quality ingredients. So good! I wish them well, it's a small place so have some patience - you'll definitely be rewarded.

I LOVED this place. The pizza dough, cooked in a wood burning stove, was amazing. I had the KB special and the beat salad. Both were delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food and the beers, always at the ready to refill my water too. I am also very grateful how easy they made it for my father in law who has difficulty getting around. We are definitely coming back.

I heard about the place from a friend who has been raving about it on Facebook. My boyfriend and I had some time, so we decided to check it out. We shared the citrus salad, which I loved (my bf didn't love the grapefruit). He got the Helena, which he enjoyed, and I got half and half, the Ortiz and Okie Dokie. They were delicious. The service was really great. I'm anxious to return and try other menu items.

My new favorite Roseville culinary treat. Farmers market fresh ingredients and amazing flavor combinations. Absolutely love the salads and their thin wood fire pizza has memorable savory toppings. Quiet patio is delightful as the evening breeze comes up l. Staff is amazing. Like you’re family. Check out my pics below of the strawberry seasonal salad and the summer-time’s fresh local fig and prosciutto. When you’re tired of looking at photo— come check it out for yourself. Totally worth the drive over!!!

Tasty salad. Friendly service. I look forward to a dine in experience soon. Even though I love their pizza, this time, I opted for the Strawberry Salad.

Pizza was authentically Italian and the meatballs were eaten before the picture could be taken! Freshly made cannoli was delicious 💜 Highly recommend this place!

Everything is delicious here, and the customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. This kami pizza is my favorite, in fact I got one last night. Best pizza crust in town.

What can I say, Fram Fresh, Flavorful and Wonderfully displayed. The staff is friendly, always on top of things. This is our Friday ritual. Flour Dust Pizza Co is hands down the best pizza, salads, appetizers and drinks around. Stop by and try it out for yourselves you can thank me later, or if I see you on a Friday I'll say Hi and welcome to the best little restaurant around. PS next time I will take a photo to show you what I mean!

Wonderful pizza, our 11 year old said it was the best pizza he's ever had. I had gluten-free crust Pumpkin Pie pizza, really delicious, fabulous crust. Our son loved the ravioli. I should have taken a picture.

Pizza and food cannot be beat. I love coming here and it is not convenient to where I live. Last week I came 2 days in a row, once with a friend and once with my wife. The first day my friend wanted the pizza and basically skipped the salads and sides. Went back the next day and tried to complete the menu but fell short. Everything on the menu is fantastic. If you are looking for good food in a comfortable place I highly recommend Flour Dust. Mano, Dom and the staff are wonderful people. It's one of the great eateries in Roseville!

Don’t let the location or looks fool you, this is a GREAT Italian restaurant. Pizza is the focus of the menu but the soups, salads and pasta is just as amazing as the pizza. Wish I lived in the area and could visit again soon.
