My favorite cafe , going there is a relaxing time, taking with my kids and family and enjoying the delicious food and breakfast, off course and my cappuccinos.
I think I may have been a bit frustrating to deal with as I asked ridiculous questions like what is a shakerato, Chemex, or V60. She was still very polite and gave a great recommendation of the shakerato with slight heavy cream. It was definitely enough of a jolt and refreshing. Give it a try!

First time at Bloom!! I loved the location (it is super cozy inside) and everyone, including the other customers are very friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere here, not to mention my bagel sandwich and vanilla latte!! I'm definitely planning to come again..
They use verve coffee beans I believe. It's done well, my latte was fragrant and yummy. The latte art is whatever for a third wave coffee type of place but at least their espresso is pretty good. The price is good though for the quality!

Great vibe (nice decor and music), good coffee, lots of plugs and good wifi for studying. Coffee prices are some $6 per coffee, higher than ideal but honestly comparable to Starbucks. Have been twice and will come again.
Bloom has come such a long way. I wasn’t very impressed my first visit a while back. I returned with a friend today and got their brioche bacon breakfast sandwich and it is a game changer! I paired it with a French pressed Ethiopian roast coffee using Verve beans. I was not disappointed! Great work
Cool coffee place with WIFI, nice atmosphere more on the quiet side to do homework. Coffee tastes good, they also coffee beans for sale. Outside sitting is available. Customer service is excellent.
Best coffee in Roseville. I’m on a vanilla iced latte in 8oz cup kick. They serve Verve and the food is great, the BLET and salad is my fav.
Ordered a Chai Latte and it was delicious. Very quanit little coffee shop with a cool and relaxed vibe. Prices are a little high but worth it. Staff was friendly. Will definitely return.

Really nice place to go to grab a cuppa and a bite to eat (tho was disappointed there wasn't a sweet bite to be had by 11) ... had both a "secret" menu item , a honey latte w/oat milk and then stayed long enough to have a wonderful fruity-floral ice tea as well.
Great little coffee shop to do work at!
Open till 7pm, has plugs and good WiFi, nice staff and music!
Only downside is that they don’t have many “for here” mugs/glasses so it may come in a single use plastic cup.
