Justin, Yuen, Vicen and the rest of the staff is very friendly and super attentive. We go out to eat because of the food but also because we want to be served. This place does not disappoint. It's always consistent and fresh. Super great prices for exceptionally flavor packed dishes.
I would recommend this place to any U of M student or someone looking for a nice place that Has good specials on food and drinks. This is a good choice for eating great food.
We went for the hot pot. It was delicious! The food was wonderful and the staff was kind and friendly as always. Love this place!

I love it there, Everytime when we go there to have Hot Pot, everything is perfect, great service, great food, they will come to us and ask if we need to put in more orders and do we need to add more broth, and they will filled our water when it's getting low. I love this place, and I don't care if they added 15% tip on the bills for two person all you can eat hot pot, it's very clear on the bill of what's been added, I like that, they don't lie about it. And I love their real fruit smoothie, if you want to add pearls in your smoothie, they will let you know it will be extra $1 and if ok to still added, they are very honest people there. This Friday my friend and I we were there for total of 3 hours and they didn't kick us out for taking that long to eat, they are still very nice about it, we only order one round of food and two fruit smoothies, we were so full that we can't even order the 2nd and 3rd round, our bills came to about $64 that's for 2 person all you can eat hot pot, 2 fruits smoothies with pearls, 15% tip and tax. We will keep going back there over and over 😊

I was craving dim sum and Pagoda nailed it! Friendly and helpful staff. While I am familiar with most dim sum, they explained the ones I wasn’t sure of. Our friend got the golden garlic chicken (I think the name) and wowowow it was so good. One of the best dishes I’ve had.
Great food, great service and amazing Dim Sum quality. The dim sum quality is deliciously well made. It ordered and it took a bit but it was worth the wait. So, if you are craving more, order more when you're eating.
The dim sum we got were Watercress Shrimp Sui Mai, Pork & Shrimp Sui Mai, Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Cilantro Pork Shrimp Dumpling and all of them were great. Would HIGHLY recommend doing the all you can eat dumplings on the weekend when they have it available. The tripe was great too!
Employees were very nice and welcoming and also very helpful. Overall, this spot is a great restaurant that will satisfy your taste buds.
I used to go to Dinkytown location and went to their new location for the first time yesterday. Food was delicious and the service was super friendly and nice as always. The only reason I deducted 1 star is due to the discontinued all-you-can-eat hotpot option and the higher price for the all-you-can-eat dim sum. It used to be more affordable, so that's sad for me, but I know they have to adjust to increased inflation and food costs. Would definitely come back for the menu items though, especially the enoki mushroom and tofu dish.
The Dim Sum here was amazing! Great food! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were greeted promptly and checked on frequently. The restaurant was very clean.
I was super sad when they announced they were closing their Dinkytown location, but they're still amazing here at their new Roseville location.
AYCE dim-sum is still offered, and still very worth it. The offerings are not as wide as other places, but they have classic options like shumai and steamed buns that are a necessity.
Service was very quick, and they make sure you get your food and your money's worth.
We SCORED at this place. All you can eat dim sum, little plates of delicious food! I haven't done dim sum before and found the experience super fun. I loved the fresh, hot food, the happy servers and the lively atmosphere. It was packed, yet tables moved in and out, so there was no wait for us. Large and small parties welcome!

Pagoda is a hidden gem. Not easy to get to with all the road work nearby, and somewhat hidden in a L-shaped strip mall. The inside is spacious, the staff friendly, and the food authentic and tasty.
I only have two negatives to mention. No duck on the menu. It is hard to find duck, especially a properly cooked Peking Duck, and I would expect a place named Pagoda to have it on the menu. I do believe I tried them a couple of years ago on Doordash and two types of duck were on the menu. They do not have any now. The other negative is the tables are not comfortable. The style of the tables make them a single table per person, so I kept bumping into table legs. For a petite person, no issue.
I had the salt and pepper squid as this is one of their recommended dishes. I also had pork belly. The flavors were very good and the visuals stunning. I was not loving the texture though, but I feel that is a cultural issue more than food issue. The food here appears very authentic, no "Americanizing" to try bring in more customers.
The resteraunt is very clean and simply decorated. No cheap paper lamps or other gimmicky decorations. Simple and elegant. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. The staff friendly and professional. A very good dining experience.
Great dimsum just like back in their old Dinkytown location. Friendly staff and the carts are constant. Upside of the new location is better parking. Downside is the new location is smaller and more crowded with very small wooden tables (almost like stools) for solo or couple diners so the ambience is not as great anymore.
Pretty solid dim sum, good food all in all but not the best I’ve had. Service was good though the entrees took a little bit. The sticky rice entree was a bit annoying since there was bone fragments for the chicken pieces in there. That being said the congee and the tea is excellent. Pros and cons.

We went there for dim sun on Saturday around 11:30, we waited at least 30 mins, it was packed! This is the first restaurant offers dim sum buffet, $30 for adults and $20 for kids, free for kids under 4 years old. You don't have to take the buffet deal, you can just pay by the dishe.
The dishes are good but they are kinda expensive and smaller portions compare to other dim sum in twin cities. I really like their sweet red bean sesame ball and the bread. Arrive early is the key to avoid the long wait!
Omg! I haven't had Dim Sum in so long! I absolutely love Pagoda food! I'm so happy that they moved to Roseville. The staff was welcoming, and the servers were so awesome! The place is welcoming, clean, and friendly. We tried every single item on the menu, and it was magnificent! Making reservations was a breeze, and I had so much fun with my sisters! We are a family that laughs very loudly. I was worried that they would ask us to quiet down, but they didn't. And the food kept coming along with smiles! I will definitely go back, and so worth the price!
We go here about once a month. Food is always consistent. My family really loves the sticky rice. Last time we were there I decided to not order the traditional Dim Sum and ordered the General Tso chicken. It was better than expected. Will definitely go back for it. The service is always outstanding.
I came here yesterday with my dad and sister and we had a wonderful time. We got dim sum (not all you can eat). I had so many different dumplings and boy oh boy were they bussin. The atmosphere and service are also very speedy. The servers came around with water and more food options very quickly. I really liked the shrimp dumplings and sticky rice. I would highly recommend this place for dim sum.
We had the amazing Dim Sum lunch for our anniversary! Everything was super awesome! I love Lychee sake that our server recommended! Dim Sum here was really great it made me feel like I was in Hong Kong I’ve been to HK and had foods from 5 starts restaurants in HK many times before and I swear this place has the authentic foods that if you’re in Minnesota and you MUST try! I love their Dim Sum a lot! Definitely come back to try more from the menu!
