My sandwich was fresh which was very nice , but my jalapeno poppers had been sitting for a while which made me sad. I traveled quite a distance because I was craving those poppers next time before I order will inquire have they been sitting or are they fresh ijs.

The person at drive thru window was so rude and was not professional . I know a lot of these fast food restaurants needs help but in my opinion that Arby’s location needs a different worker to take customers money and WOW the customer . Both sandwiches gyro and sw chicken had very little tomato, lettuce and onion. Too much dressing on the sw chicken sandwich. We weren’t given an order total before we left the window.
Just left here they have 2 drive through windows and they blocked off one and left one open. The one they left open only had HALF the menu and o couldn’t see the complete one on the side they closed down. It was terrible straining to see what else they had. Eventually I had the girl read it all off
This Arby's it's much better at Gratiot and Masonic then the one on Groesbeck and 16 mile the Arby's on Gratiot got the order right and with the right proportions on the sandwiches the Arby's on Groesbeck did not get the order right and their proportions understand what yes was not adequate to the 3
