Fantastic store. Even in the busiest times, they make it so easy. It is on the expensive side, but well worth what you get. This location is run fantastic. And my family always loves the flavor of the ham. I've never found a store bought ham that can compete.
100% recommend this location! I ordered through Uber eats for my grandparents who can not drive, and the driver picked up/delivered the wrong food. The manager Tina went above and beyond taking it upon herself to deliver the food to my grandparents! If that is not true customers service I do not know what is. She had definitely made my grandmothers Mother’s Day, this is their first Mother’s Day without her son (my dad) and I live in North Carolina, so this means so much to us! I am so thankful!
I got a ham for Easter. Precovid, I remember the line being wrapped around the building waiting for a ham. During this Easter, the line was short and fast.
I did not reserve a ham so I had to use a different entrance from those that did reserve. My cashier didn't show me the ham, which was perfectly fine during Covid. We are not a fan of any of their side dishes so we only ever get ham, not even turkey.
I've never had a bad Honey Baked ham. That crunchy coating is amazing! We all loved it, especially while camping.
Great value for sandwiches. Loved the club sandwich here for lunch and the associate was friendly, polite, and efficient. Ingredients all tasted fresh.
Imagine This... It is Thanksgiving Eve 2020 and it's around 3:45pm. You visit a honey-baked Express on the way home and they are completely out. You remember there is one close to home that has never let you down before. You set course for that location. You pull up cars are lined up on the street, parking lot is full, and the line is to the back of the building. Are you discouraged? Of course not this is expected. The team had everything running smoothly. Signs were up for pickup orders, and there was someone directing traffic making announcements as needed for same day orders. I got in and got out with ease (a little patience is all one needs). I came home and made a quick sandwich to commemorate my achievement! Keep up the great job!!! 👍🏾👍🏾💯💯

Wish they could get shorter delivery trucks or better drivers. Put two trees up to keep the semis off my lawn years ago. Now the drivers just drive right into them knocking branches off all the time.
We got a bone in ham and a turkey breast for our first family Christmas dinner. The meat was a hit. Perfectly juicy and tender the whole way thru. And after we were done picking at it we were able to use what remained to make bean soup. The quality and taste were ideal. The only drawback is you can expect to get sticker shock. We spent about $140. $100 for the 10-12 pound ham. I would get it again but I'm glad I know what to expect about the price.
