My wife and I along with three other couples dined here last night. The experience was absolutely outstanding! The decor and service was fantastic, but most of all the food was excellent. Would highly recommend the tuna tartare with chips appetizer, and all of the salads were incredibly fresh with large portions. My favorite dish though hands down was the black linguini with crab meat - rivaled the best Italian restaurants. And innovative side dishes like the sweet corn just compliment the entire meal. My friends who had the burgers were highly complimentary as well. Overall, a great dining experience and a menu with something for everyone - a welcome new edition to the north shore dining scene and would highly recommend. Can't wait to try the new Sunday brunch!!
This is my new favorite restaurant. Everything was absolutely amazing. Food, decor, ambience every detail was absolutely amazing. The owner was so great checking on every table and staff was on point. Loved every moment of my dining experience. Thank you so much for the best time ever. Cannot wait to come back.
My husband and I dined at Gatsby's Landing for the second time recently. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals.. it has been a long time since we have been this excited about a menu outside of NYC. From the menu we had the creamy perfect west coast oysters , fluke crude which was amazing with pistachios on it, Bronzino that has black chick peas with chilis which gives is such a great flavor and texture and their weekly special of Roasted Rohan Duck breast with heirloom wild rice, hazelnuts, swiss chard and black plum sauce... all were truly outstanding! I am happy to find such a great menu locally done right. The atmosphere was vibrant and comfortable.. we are looking forward to many more visits.

Glenn and the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is fresh, often organic or local and prepared with great care. It's a terrific experience going to Gatsby's Landing and I highly recommend it with friends or as a romantic getaway.

My husband and I had dinner there with friends at 7pm ladt Saturday night. Our fabulous experience began by a warm greeting and getting seated right away during the busiest time of the weekend. The service was friendly and efficient and was only surpassed by the meal! Hand made pastas, fresh fish, this beautifully decorated restaurant has never disappointed us the several times we've been since its opening. Glenn and Danai Falcone along with their talented chef have an NYC restaurant experience at a neighborhood establishment. Bravo!

A beautiful restaurant. Classic elegance in design. The food was exceptional. It was very well presented and enough to take home, which we did. My wife and I went with 8 friends and the attention to detail amongst the wait staff was incredible. They were also very knowledgeable about the specials and wine. The hostess for the evening was very personable and welcomed us warmly as if we were entering her home. I look forward to returning to this Gold Coast gem.
The Duck entree only has two slices of duck. The $40 price tag is steep for what I got.
The Parker rolls were hot and scrumptious, especially when smeared with butter.
The cocktail menu is extensive and creative. I had a Blood Mary, which had little flavor, so I exchanged it for a Mimosa, which was good.
I will definitely return to try other things on the menu. This restaurant is perfect to impress a date or a friends and family.

Yesterday afternoon, 5 October 2023 I had the pleasure of joining my sister for a belated birthday lunch at Gatsby's Landing in Roslyn New York. We were fortunate to be able to be seated outside to have a beautiful view of the pond there.,that was a hugh plus. For an appetizer we chose Crab Cake , it was so moist and flavorful, really delicious. For the entree my sister chose Ravioli with Butternut Squash in a Brown Butter sauce. I chose Braised Beef Short Rib ,whipped Mashed Potatoes with Truffle Chimichurri. The beef short rib was tender and delicious. For dessert my sister ordered a Creme Brulee. All in all, it was a delicious meal. What made this meal a highlight was the server that we had, Tanya. Tanya was so friendly, polite, beautiful personality, and told us the special meals for that day. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which really helped. I enjoyed the ambience there, as well as the staff there. I most definitely will be returning there for another meal, as my sister and I had a wonderful time there, and look forward to having more wonderful memories there.
This was my first time here. Very nice fine dining experience. The staff was very attentive and made sure that we were being treated well. My entree was cooked perfectly, I would just avoid the gravy on the filet mignon as it was a little too salty for my taste. The Slider appetizer was delicious, but the fried calamari a little too rubbery. Would definitely go back to try some other options.

We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our reservation, and the host took us in without an issue. For dinner, we had the lamb, mussels, grilled octopus, truffle fries, fig & goat cheese salad, Creme Brûlée; all delicious except for the grilled octopus surprisedly. The octopus had a red tomato sauce on it which it shouldn’t have had (should be slightly seasoned), and it tasted burnt. The drinks weren’t the greatest either, but the view, customer service and neat venue makes up for it. Our drinks: Blood Orange Margarita, Godfather, Ketel One up martini, White Sangria. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the octopus and drinks. Our waitress was phenomenal, very attentive, and friendly. She remembered me telling her that it was my boyfriend’s birthday when we first sat down. Without me asking her, she waited until he went to the restroom, then she told me that the fun part starts now, that she will bring out a candle. At the end of the night, without asking her, she asked if we would like her to take a picture of us. We have never had a server ask us that proactively. Usually we have to ask. She was just so wonderful!
This was my first time trying Gatsby's and we were there for lunch. Pictured is the Smoked Salmon Club and I recommend it. If I could change one detail, it would be to replace the wheat bread with a bread that is more hearty, salty. The wheat is too sweet. The butter Gatsby's served with the rolls was sweet as well. The service is excellent! We appreciated the attentive staff during our lunch. My only negative comments are the the sandwiches and burger were over priced and they were not willing to put all nine of us together at an outdoor table. However they earned 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere.

Amazing view of the autumn 🍁 colors from its patio overseeing the Roslyn Pond. Service is incredible and attentive from their friendly staff. Thank you for making it an enjoyable lunch for us.
Our experience was a good one! We were seated quickly, the staff as very nice, the food was good (especially the fries), and the price was very reasonable. We both ordered the (bacon) chicken salad sandwich w/fries…no complaints other than a little Mayo or something preferred to gel the meat better. It was still good enough for me to finish it all and order again if I’m the area.
The back room with the view of the water and ducks was nice also.
FANTASTIC 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 just went for Thanksgiving dinner and it could not have been better. Staff is amazing, friendly and professional from Jarrod the manager who greeted us with a big hello and was genuinely happy to have us there. To our waitress Brianna, warm and friendly, great sense of humor, a lot of fun and an excellent server. We wanted to substitute some items on the Thanksgiving prix fixe and no problem at all. The food was EXCELLENT. From the artichokes app to the squash soup (Fall in a bowl) to the dinner, everything was piping hot, not too salty and simple in a good way. Gatsby has figured out how to provide an excellent dining experience and everyone in my party loved everything about it. They also accommodated a last minute change to the reservation. Great job to all of you at Gatsby’s. For a bunch of folks that couldn’t spend the day with your families, you all seemed genuinely happy to give a great Thanksgiving to everyone who ate there today. Thank you.

Food was tasty and very impressive but the clam pasta (one of the daily specials) was just a tad too salty for our liking. We packed it to go and added more pasta to make it work for us.
Inside, they had lots of big table booths where I saw families and extended families having a nice meal. Kid friendly as well.
Overall, would recommend this place, especially if you want a million dollar view of the lake and to enjoy the Sun.
Tip: folks would throw bread into the lake and swans, gulls (fun fact: seagulls is not a formal term!), ducks, other birds would swoon across the lake to fight over the food. Don’t be alarmed by this when it happens as the different birds would fight over the bread!
I had to come on and do a review. This restaurant was amazing. Chris was our server and he was just the best! Our food was so incredible! Amazing flavors and great presentation! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in NYC!

Let me start off highlighting the positives of our entire experience. The service is extremely friendly, prompt, and always catered to our requests! Danny took very good care of us and made sure we received everything we needed. Service is 5* without a doubt!
The restaurant's aesthetics looks very comfortable and modern, giving us a very welcoming feel as soon as we sat down. There's also a section that faced the water which was very pretty and soothing. This aspect is also 5*!
Now, the main reason for the 4* rating: the food we selected was a bit underwhelming unfortunately. The squid ink pasta was flavorlessly spicy. What I mean by that is imagine eating a spicy pasta dish where you do not taste any seasoning but a bland spicy sensation. Even after adding salt, the dish was still not that great unfortunately. The Gatsby burger was mediocre in that the pork belly added a salty addition to the beef patty, but it didn't really compliment the burger unfortunately. The chicken parm was also quite flavorless and the breading overly soggy, which is understandable since it is coated in sauce; however, the kids really liked it so it's at least kid-friendly (: One of our favorites was definitely the scallop appetizer, which was pretty good with a slight bitter char and delicious sauce; was definitely enjoyable! The creme brûlée was delicately smooth and delicious! The tiramisu was extremely sweet so it'll definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!
This restaurant deserves a higher grade for its impeccable and friendly service. Maybe our food selection was just not that great this time around, but I'm sure other selections might be a lot better! We have high hopes for this place and we hope they will continue to improve! Jerry was also incredibly sweet and took our criticism to heart to ensure they continue to strive to provide the best experience possible. Thank you to all the staff for its amazing service!

The outdoor seating is very scenic and peaceful. Can't lose with the calamari or the flat bread as starters. The swordfish special was phenomenal, tender and flavorful. The short rib is always great. The ravioli and branzino are always great choices as well. A local favorite.
We had a fantastic meal here last night. The service was spectacular and the food and drinks delicious. Tiffany behind the bar and the manager Jenna provided a great customer experience. Highly recommend this spot, very much feels like a neighborhood place and we plan to go back.
I only have great things to say about Gatsby's Landing! The decor and Northshore location definitely gave a Gatsby feel. The service was absolutely impeccable. Every person including the manager greeted us and checked in on us! The food was absolutely delicious from the sauce for the mussles, to the soup of the day, to the in house made pasta! There was plenty of delicious items to choose from. Finally the tiramisu was the best I have ever had. I was told it is also made fresh daily and it shows! Absolutely fantastic👏🏼 Hats off to the chefs and all the staff members for providing such a wonderful and unforgettable fine dining experience!
Outside seating is first come - first serve. We were lucky to be seated outside right away, which is so enjoyable. However it comes with a time cap... 1.5h. Even though it seems like it's plenty of time for a party of 2 to finish dining, it feels tense and waiter was trying to get full order at once.

French martini 🍸 is must, but need to work on garnishing, that lemon chunk was a sad picture.
