Excellent experience. What a fantastic place to spend an evening. Great ambiance. Amazing staff. Wonderful cocktails, wine list and food!
Our hostess Anna was welcoming and friendly. Ashley was a superstar and our waitress. She was super professional, personable and helpful. Just fabulous at her role. Richie remembered our crew from the previous establishment and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we wanted. Even though we weren't his table.....just a great guy. Our bartender Katie made terrific cocktails and was very friendly and helpful as was Gladys. Even the Manager James swung by to make sure we were satisfied....I can't emphasize enough how great the service was at this restaurant.
The food was also excellent. The Ravioli, Veal, Bone Marrow and Red Velvet Cake were all awesome.
I can't wait to return!
My first time at Brass Swan will not be my last. I immediately fell in love with the interior design. The place has two floors with outdoor patio and a “ secret “ speak easy private room upstairs. The service was top notch. Madison our server was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was the star of the night. Our appetizers and main course were all top notch. Chef Gus has the kitchen operating at the highest level. All four of us loved everything about the place. We all look forward to going back. I would like to thank the staff and especially Chef Gus for an amazing Brunch experience. See you guys soon !!!
Beautiful atmosphere. Food/mixed drinks were delicious. Our waiter was friendly & attentive. I went for dinner & had their appetizer mini lobster tacos (very small) but delicious and had the lamb chops for dinner. (I’m very picky with my lamb chops- they were a bit dry for me) But otherwise the rest of the dish w. the potatoes & cream sauce was good. I ordered an espresso martini (SO GOOD) and had a Spicy margarita w. Chili salt on the rim (Also AMAZING). My friends and I would come back for the bar side next time to get some drinks and apps as the drinks were made very well.. Oh AND how could I forget…we got the dessert Oreos & espresso Mousse. Outtt of this world the desserts! Definitely don’t pass up trying them.
Every picture tells a story. First time at Brass Swan. Ambiance was fun, staff was friendly, appetizers were great, pizza was delicious and my main course melted in my mouth. My Desert consisted of a lemon sorbet dish and my partner had the chocolate mouse both topped off a perfect Wednesday night out and the Knicks won.

Was looking for a dinner place with a friend and we were in Roslyn. We stumbled upon this place and frankly looking from the outside I had no idea what to expect - if anything it didn’t even look open for business. But once you step in, it’s like a speakeasy transformation. Straight ahead is the bar. Turn to your left and the hostess is stationed in front of an opening to a beautifully lit dining room. Somehow it was dark but at the tables it was brightly lit. When we arrived it was about 1/3 full. Perhaps due to the party at the bar or one boisterous table at the front or the music piping in, it seemed a little loud at times. Service was efficient. Water was always full. I like places where drinks are called by their names without some cute affectation. I got the Old Fashioned - pretty perfect with its one jumbo ice block. Honestly it wasn’t that strong but the orange, bitters, and just a touch of sweetness came through perfectly. Oysters were fresh and bright. The grilled calamari was lightly grilled over a small bed of rocket lightly dressed. My friend had the pappardelle and I had the orecchiette. First, for the price you expect delicious if not quantity. We got both. The pappardelle sauce was very rich and had that slow and low flavor of the short rib meat. My orecchiette was just oil and sausage and broccolini. I’m guessing handmade due to the irregular shaping and the ridiculously perfect chew between dense and substantial. My friend ate like half. I ate almost the whole thing. Well at least all the sausage 😂. No room for dessert sadly. But overall an excellent experience. Come before it becomes impossible to get a table. I’m coming back with my wife next time for sure.
Been here a few times already and the food is great every time! Love trying new seasonal dishes too

Luckily they had a pre fixe menu, as the food was okay but not worth their regular price on the menu. The Caesar salad was okay as was the burrata appetizer. The strip steak was good but the mash potatoes were a bit mealy, but I wouldn't pay the regular menu price of $68 for it if we were to return. The burger was pretty good and the truffle fries were not bad. Service was great though.
I will always come and have been coming since it opened , but very disappointed, I was told today ( 8/4/23) there would be live music ( sax and or drums) nothing happened , we were told , there would be DJ starting at 930 - it’s 1009 now - no DJ, when I asked - I was told there is private event upstairs - hence no DJ - does not make sense? we ordered pizza ( love the pizza here ) margherta arrived without basil - second time ! When asked why no basil was told - we ran out - so disappointed , but we will come back - fix this Boss! Treat your loyal customers good ! BTW we spent over $500 here today

Brass Swan exceeded my expectations for a night out - it was a fantastic place that left me wanting more. It had great energy, wonderful staff, and the food and drinks were to die for... especially the tartare!
Don't hesitate twice about checking this spot out - I can't wait to go again!
First time in Brass Swan and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest spot with amazing food. I went for dinner and the food was delicious. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooftop lounge a great bonus for extending your evening. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Second time at the Brass Swan and it was another great experience. The atmosphere, drinks and food were all on point. I highly recommend dining at the Brass Swan and plan to go upstairs after dinner to check out their newest edition, The Lily Lounge. It's a great spot to grab another drink, hangout outdoors and do some dancing with music by DJ Sergio! It's a great time, check it out, will definitely be back!
Good looking crowd, great atmosphere. Food was excellent. I had the gnocchi with truffle sauce and it was off the charts as well as the vegetable “fried rice”. Will be returning soon, can not wait to try more items on the menu. By far one of the best restaurants I’ve been to on Long Island

Wow this place is beautiful. The food is amazing. You have to try The swan appetizer and the Tomahawk steak is insane. The ambiance’ and music is such a great vibe. 5 stars for me.
This is definitely my new hot spot! I enjoyed the great vibes. Music. Food was delicious - from appetizers to main dish...to their cocktails. Our waiter Brandon 😍 he gave us top notch service. Definitely will be going back!
Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly, the Manager James is so accommodating and engaged with everyone who comes in, he really makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The food is delicious, and It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants where you only get a small amount of food, I couldn’t even finish my meal! I am definitely going back. Thanks James and his amazing staff!
First time at Brass Swan and you have to go! It’s the newest spot with amazing food in Roslyn Village. The food is to die for, everything we ordered was FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing, server Ashley was on point, will definitely be back again. James, the Manager had complete command and control of the room. He was extremely hospitable and made everyone there feel like they were the most important person there, treated everyone like a VIP. What an amazing experience!
