Best Poke place I've been around here so far! Price is fair and have a lot of options! They have octopus for protein which is rare, plus dry seaweed topping that I haven't seen anywhere! The potion is great too. I got a small bowl and was able to split 2 meals. Salmon and octopus were fresh and taste good. Only thing is the letuce still had the hard branches which messed the taste up a little bit for me. But other than that it is really good. Got the sesame oil and Poke Special sauce which is a great combination. Milk tea is also not bad. It has more scent than sweet which would be perfect for people who love less sweet milktea.

Delicious and good prices. There is such a variety to choose from compared to other places. This is the best poke bowl place by far.

I got a small custom bowl and it was a great amount of food! As a vegetarian, there were plenty of options for me. The miso soup was also such a large serving, which was great! Clean and prompt and kind. The inside looks different from the photos (probably because it’s no walk out only), but other than that I’d give it a try.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious: the fish is always fresh, there are plenty of choices for your salad, and they give generous portions. This is our family's new favorite lunch spot, and it doesn't break the budget. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Maybe it was because today was a leg workout day but the seats were terribly uncomfortable. I didn’t actually order any food i was just waiting for someone so I only experienced the chair. I was hoping for sushi but basically what I saw was cubed raw fish on salad which isn’t my jam it it looked fresh and tasty for what it is.

This was our first go at a "Poke" restaurant and I have to say we are hooked! We've not tried other ones, but Poke Life is really good. Simple, but trendy clean decor, fresh tasting colorful food, what more could you ask for? So, if you are a Poke novice...you basically go in and pick your size bowl (small, medium or large). With a small you get 2 proteins, medium - 3, large - 4. So you pick your base first (white rice, brown rice, spring mix), then add your proteins (it's basically raw fish, salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, scallop mix, shrimp, etc), then you add your ingredients (fresh jalapenos, corn, edamame, mango, pineapple, cilantro, crab salad mix, etc), then you pick your sauce and they mix it up for you. The taste is very fresh and different, but excellent! A warning to dieters: This food is marketed as healthy food, but you can easily run up your calories to well over 1000 for a bowl and the sodium can also be well over 1000mg so do your research and choose wisely. The main items that will get you is the rice base (choose spring mix instead) and the sauces (I think the Ponzu is the least fattening and sodium content)...some of the sauces are absolutely LOADED with fat and cals so again, do your research or you won't be eating as healthy as you thought you were. All that being said, we had our first Poke bowl a couple of months ago and I have eaten here 5 times already...love it!
