We tried a variety of things on the menu and all were good. The chicken enchilada plate, carne tapenquenia and gauc all great! Very nice people and service too!

This place has absolutely been the best so far here in New Mexico(That I've been to.) I was shocked when I heard it was converted from an old Burger King place, so I was a bit skeptical. When I stepped into it, I was very suprised. The atmosphere was very comfortable. So, when it came to the menu, there was absolutely alot to choose from, but what stood out was the meat quesodillas and the tortas. I picked both with the horchata, and was then given chips and salsa. Salsa was fresh and spicy, and the chips tasted fresh and non stale! So, when I got the horchata, it was perfect. Non grainy, sweet but not overly, and creamy. Once I got my food, I was very suprised how it looked exactly how it was portrayed in the pictures. Once I ate that. I went to the al pastor torta. The torta was simple, bread, meat, little lettuce, avacado and mayo. Super simple. But the bread was super soft which I enjoyed. Out of the meats, the entirety of both steak and pork were soft and very easy to consume. I then ordered a tres leches cake, and it was a hefty portion which was nice. Just slightly frozen(which I can understand, but not dry or too soggy which was a great feeling. Overall, the bill was around 34-40(including tip and order of Dr pepper, enchiladas and sopaipillas). I was going crazy over price at how inexpensive everything was. Overall, customer service was great, food was amazing, prices were absolutely perfect. You gotta eat here, because this is as good as you can get for Mexican food in roswell. (Ps, only couple more things, burritos are just super meat filled with little lettuce, so don't expect a jumbo burrito, and the flan is amazing. Tacos are superfilling, so stick around 4-5 if your a heavy eater, should be around 8-10 bucks which is nice and comes with lots of cilantro, lime and diced onions. They also have drive through for this, I still couldn't believe it.)

Very good food at a very reasonable price! Our server was wonderful, she knew we were in a hurry and the food was right out. Wish we had a place like this where we live! We will definitely be back when we pass through here again.
This place is always busy. Our first visit and we were not disappointed. Very pleasant staff and great customer service. It's a very nice family restaurant. Added bonus, Mexican beer! Treat your taste buds to something out of the ordinary.
Ate here with my family for the first time a few weeks ago. It was a great, authentic Mexican food restaurant. It's difficult to distinguish your restaurant from others when there are so many of the same kind. Taqueria Jalisco does a good job of being different. Give them a try!

I recommend if your in Roswell, especially on a Sunday when EVERYTHING is closed, that you try this restaurant. Great food and excellent service! I'd drive the 3 hours from Albuquerque to just come and eat. I doubt there will be nothing on the menu you won't like. So glad we found this place!
