This place is a fun and funky place. Twenty taps with a varied craft selection. The pulled pork was good and the staff are good people! I would definitely recommend to my friends!
We hosted the 2nd annual Bike Blessing on 7-9-17 at this location and I have to say it went amazing! The staff accommodated way over 100 people with the best service and a friendly smile! After the event, we sat down to finally relax and eat a meal and boy it was delicious and it was freshly made! Thank you to Court and his staff! If I could rate you at a 100 I would!
We've eaten at Third Street Station a couple times when I come to visit my family from Midland TX. Just recently we ate there on 12/22. This time my husband was able to join us & we celebrated his birthday. The owner was wonderful in reserving us a great spot & even arranged the fried ice cream for my husband. The wait staff was very attentive & courteous to our large group of 13 people, 5 of which are kids. Our food was delicious as always & made just as we asked. There was even karaoke that night which delighted the kids & no one baulked at them singing a few songs. Overall the experience was fantastic & we will be back again. �

Loved the spuds and the burgers were the best I’ve had in a long time ! Really enjoyed stopping here today, loved the building and decor as well. Meet the owner we could have talked for hours, thanks for the recipe. Definitely will stop if ever this way again !

So far, we have had the chicken strips, brisket, pulled pork sandwich, sausage plate, apple dessert. All were very good. Our servers were attentive and the atmosphere was good. Would be a nice place to take out of town guests. I wish them well and we will be going back.
Decent food, the ribs are fall off the bone but the seasoning is not great like other BBQ places I've been all over the country. The brisket is decent as well, dry in center. Awesome atmosphere with antique things, awesome seating, good service.

The food was outstanding... we had brisket that melted in your mouth, chicken that was outstanding and the sausage was perfect, Great BBQ Sauce to complement it all.
However it is not needed the flavor and moisture was perfect without the sauce. The sauce is just a nice additive to dip or add to a sandwich if you want. it is a must try if your in Roswell NM.

So tender, moist, and delicious.
We ordered 1 rack of ribs, 1 lb of Brisket, 1/2 lb of pulled pork, 2 qt of Mac n cheese, and side of Cole slaw. All 7 of us were stuft and had plenty of leftovers for later.

Dog friendly with excellent bbq, terrific sides, and yummy desserts. The staff are super friendly and attentive. We ordered takeout because we were traveling with a dog, but they welcomed us in with open arms. So we ate there, which was great because it was 98 degrees out. Highly recommend. Or as they might say in Roswell, it was out of this world. We definitely didn’t feel like aliens there.
If you come to Roswell New Mexico this bbq spot is a must!!!! My favorite was definitely the queso on the brisket nachos!!!! Yummy 😋 They have a huge food challenge here for big eaters! Man vrs food did a show here! The bar and TV setup is great!! Lots of great parking for trailers or RV’s easy in and out. Overall fantastic bbq and cold beer!! They stafff is super friendly. 👏

We were exploring the wonderful city of Roswell New Mexico and stumbled upon this hidden gem just a few streets in from Main Street. The vibes you get as you walk in are friendly and welcoming and wait staff was really helpful, friendly and most importantly attentive to our needs, but the real treat was in the wonderful smokey flavors of the pecan wood they use to smoke their meats with. The Jalapeño poppers and brisket nachos appetizer were a fantastic start to our meal and then we were treated to some seriously good BBQ. Our brisket plate was truly amazing, so tender and juicy with just the subtle flavors of the pecan smoke. The Hazmat pulled pork sandwich was delicious, on soft sweet delicious roll. The baked beans were most excellent and some of the best we have had. The coconut tea was unexpectedly delicious and the green chili apple pie was extraordinary! If you find yourself in Roswell in search of aliens or checking out some of the amazing works of art at the numerous galleries and get the hankering for some seriously delicious BBQ you’ve gotta stop by and see the team at Backdraft BBQ you’ll be glad you did.

The food was delicious! I had the brisket plate with a side of coleslaw and an added side of the corn with green chilies that I topped off with a root bear float. The meat just fell apart as I used my fork. Everything was flavorful and the people were nice.
