Always fast, easy service. There food tastes great. They have tacos that are cheaper and taste better than most of the Mexican restaurants out here. They just don't have limes or green sauce, they have taco sauce tho.
Tiny place great food, again not the cleanliness restraunt and certainly not large enough to host guest seating but a drive by lunch spot Damn right!!

Been going here since I was a little kid and the food has been consistently delicious every time I have gone. I love this place and whenever I come into town, I have to get me some Scotty's!! If you haven't been here, you have to get there and try it, excellent ❣💜
Used to come here often, and even now it's still one of the nice little hidden local restaurant joints in town with great food. Always enjoyed their well known fries and how they put them on the hot dogs, everything else is usually really good too.
We've been buying Scotty's since 1973. The hot dogs were out of this world and they wrap the fries with the hot dogs. However, the original owners sold the hot dog stand recently and now the hot dogs have no taste. I won't go there again.
They do dogs right. Normally I don't like fries wrapped with the dog but when they are fresh cut potatoes and crispy to perfection, put them on! The dogs were no slouch either. The onion was shredded which added a slaw like texture that was awesome! They didn't get inducted into the Vienna Beef Hall
I love this place. It's fair prices. I mean there are definitely cheaper places to go and taste almost equally as good, but for some reason I just prefer here lol. They are very nice but it's small you definitely don't want to go here if you're wanting to eat out because there is no seating in this
Scotty's is definitely a all time favorite. I'm sure I'm not the only one to claim this either. It was a place in the 90's when Round Lake Roller Rink was big, it was the place to go and get that good food. You will be in for a treat if it's your first time there. Love coming here. This place has been here forever. Very good food and affordable. Sometimes I drive all the way here from 30 + miles just to come eat some of the best fresh cut fries. Great owners.
