Used to be my favorite chicken place ever, but they changed their chicken strips and it's now sub par. Used to be real chicken and now it's processed chicken nuggets The pot stickers are still to die for though.

I don’t do negative reviews, but this was one of the worst value propositions I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a 10 piece strips plate, but what I received was 5 pieces cut in half to make 10. When I called the store to ask if this was an error, they said that’s how they are served. Should be noted

Had a fantastic time at Bonchon, glad we finally got one in Austin! The staff was great and the food was delicious. Get the spicy chicken tacos, the fried rice and of course, the wings!!
