Our experience at Rowayton Pizza was fun and outstanding. The pizza was delicious and my wife was able to order something that was on the menu when growing up in the 70s...The Little Joe! And Little Joe waited on us!
We order once a week and the food is consistently amazing. High-quality ingredients (hard to find with pizza in the area)and friendly service! I usually order a soup just for the bread that comes with it because HOLY COW, it’s some of the best and freshest I’ve ever had.
The salad pizza is the best. I love all the food here I must try staff is always friendly and helpful
Had the cha-cha panini, as recommended by the kind cashier who took my order, it was truly good👍would recommend to anyone.

Everything happens for a reason, try to tell me otherwise. After visiting the aquarium we stumbled upon this gem after 5 other places we tried were full. We were lucky enough to get one of the only two tables in this very tiny, casual pizza place. We ordered a medium cheese pie, calamari, and penne with butter for my 3 kids. Pizza was great, nice crisp on the dough. The calamari was the most tender and fresh I’ve ever had. I grew up and live on the south shore of Long Island. Been end to end, side to side and everywhere in the middle- nothing like this. Nice light flash fry. I like to taste my kids’ food, call it childish or gross, the penne with butter surprisingly had nice flavor as well. When I went to pay I saw what I believe was ciabatta bread on the chef’s station. This bread was so fresh and spongy and I believe artisanal. Again- unlike anything I’ve seen in a bakery here. I took a loaf home and made my own sandwich. I plan on using the rest for an egg sandwich in the morning. I wish I lived closer but I’m already planning to make the 2 hr drive again in the near future. Friendly, welcoming and caring staff as well. Liz went above and beyond. I am enamored with the simplicity and love shown here.

Ordered a pie that was semi-cold when brought to the table. It tasted good but would've been better if it were actually hot. Calamari was the tastiest I have ever had in any other restaurant. The staff was courteous and inviting. Would definitely go back.

Excellent setting and delicious food not limited to pizza. Outdoor seating for summer, Italian style heroes, and of course pizza in a variety of sizes and toppings. Very cozy for a pizzaria, and most friendly and welcoming. It is small inside, but well worth a visit in this picturesque milieu. I had the cheese steak, very good. Others enjoyed the very good pizza. Parking out front, but a bit limited. Prices very reasonable.

Tonight (04/30/2021 at 6:30pm) my friend's Lauren and Dave Miller (Norwalk) ordered 2 large Pizzas, and 2 wings with Buffalo and Hot sauce for us to split. The quoted time for 55 mins and ended up being 1 hour 20 minutes. When we called to check in, the staff was apologetic and friendly. When it arrived to her house around 8pm, unfortunately it was not only cold but also missing one of order of wings.
We also didn't recieve a receipt to be able to tip. So, apologize for the driver because even if things were wrong, we know it's not his fault and he deserves a tip. We just weren't presented another option to do so when we called. Anyways, I immediately called back to express our concern, on their behalf, about the cold pizza and missing wings.
The owner Joe was lovely. Very apologetic, easy to talk to and understanding that we weren't satisfied. He nicely offered to take care of it, which we extremely appreciated. I give 4 stars because of the great customer service experience as well as after we warmed it up, it was soo tasty. So, worth the wait.
We also understand due to the Pandemic, pizza places have been constantly booked, so we are very understanding and appreciative of them being an essential business that still cares about customers satisfaction. Looking forward to my friend receiving their "comp," as well as ordering from there again.
Wow- SO kind! So yummy!! They donated to our entire hospital for each unit- for all the staff. It’s so much appreciated during this hard time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! The nurses and doctors and everyone working endless hours that don’t have time to cook for themselves..... it’s just SO THOUGHTFUL! Thank you!
This place is always fresh, and they make the best seafood pizza... I got the amalfi pizza with sauce and it was amazing. I ate more than I expected to eat and had trouble moving for a few hours after. It's Rowayton so it's not really an inexpensive place even for pizza, but the value for quality is there for sure.
Placed an order tonight... They forgot our side salad and some chicken on our pasta. Placed a call and they promptly fixed it. The manager actually took her time and fixed our order within 5 minutes and delivered it herself. Food was great and with service like that, we'll be repeat customers!!! Thank you lady manager, you deserve a raise!!! =)
Very tasty pizza. People there are very kind and nice. Food is healthy but leaning toward light flavored. No beer was served there, seems like I can bring my own beer.
Thanks rowayton pizza! Best pizza around not even close. Brother and I came in 6/10 right before closing and they made us pizza even though we came in late! Thanks joe for hooking us up! Cheese and pepperoni were both awesome. Nice staff, nice food, nice place. Also a huge fan of joes other place, Baja joes. See you guys again soon!

Great Pizza, fun outdoor seating, with music on the weekends. Come early if you don't want to wait. BYOB, Wine store on the way to the restaurant. This is a perfect place for a summer Friday night after boating or swimming, etc. Laid back relaxed atmosphere and good food. Try the Four Season pizza, it never disappoints!
Always amazing food. I love the General Joe's Sandwich the most. The Ceasar is amazing and the Bruschetta is sooo wonderfully garlicky. Only reason its not 5 stars is because in the winter months there is very little indoor seating. This is a 5 star take out joint tho. Summer seating is great too.
