I was at Rev Pizza yesterday. They closed it down for 2 hours for our party. It was a Celebration of Life in honor of my friends father. I have to say that this place was delicious. I have a pizza & salad. Both were amazing and I will definitely go back not only for the food but for the customer service as well. Thank you. 🍕🥗

Very slow service. Very short handed. Took forever to get waited on. Waited a long time at all the stations. The ingredients seemed fresh, hence the 2 stars. Ingredients were inconsistent. Ordered 4 pizzas and bread sticks. 2 pizzas had ample amount of cheese while the other 2 were under par even though they were made by the same person. The bread sticks were a joke. Asked what was on it and they said cheese and roasted garlic. There was only specks of cheese and the roasted garlic was nasty tasting.this was the second time I've been here. Last time was about 2 years ago and had a similar experience but I thought I would give them a second chance. Will not be making the same mistake a 3rd time. Also, they say their soda machine is broken and only have $3.00 12oz bottles of soda for sale.

My family and I visited PizzaRev for the first time on March 18th, 2021 around 6.13pm. Our host was Jayson who greeted us and he was super helpful and very pleasant. We ordered 2 Craft your Own Pizza Gluten Free. They have a variety of toppings which I liked, was very fresh. The atmosphere was nice, place clean, social distancing practiced. Our host Jayson brought, our pizzas to our car. That is customer service. Will definitely visit again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This review is for an order I placed on Sunday, April 24, 2021 for 7:35 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, my order was not ready. The staff person, supposedly the manager, rudely said, “We have a ton of orders tonight, so we didn’t have time.” Then she leaves me there, and heads to the back. Afterward, she proceeds to make someone’s pizza—which ended up being mine. After 10 mins, she packed my food and gave me my order. When I arrived home, the pizza was not cooked all the way through. Toppings fell completely off and the dough was raw. I then called the restaurant and spoke to the “manager,” who said, “the more toppings you have, the harder it is for everything to stay in place.” She then informed me that she couldn’t issue me a refund or offer me anything for the inconvenience, claiming I had to speak with customer service. At that point, I was upset. She was rude to me and didn’t offer anything to make up for it. She then hung up on me. This was my first time here and my last time.

Service is VEEEERYYYY SLOOOOOWW... The girl that helped us took her sweet sweet time. Maybe she is new, I don't know but regardless, the other girl helping her didn't bother to welcome us, acknowledge us nor did she help explain to us our questions. 3 stars because we actually did like our pizzas and calzone but not sure if we're willing to go back and that is because of the staff. The staff alone could have made this 1 star (because we can't do 0) but the food helped this place. It's safe to say that unfortunately, we won't go back.

So far even with inflation their prices are still reasonable and you get to make your own pizza!!!💕💕💕

Menu price was cheaper than what was charged. When asked the owner about it he said they didn’t update the menu and didn’t offer to honor the price. To me it’s not that I got over charged it’s the lack of business sense. Never going there again

Like that they have a gluten free option. If you order ahead, your pizza is always ready and they keep it warm in an insulated bag.
