My order was correct and tasted great! The staff are always very nice and eager to help, even when it’s 100+ degrees outside! I added an item when I got there and the person helping me had no problem adding it to my order, it still came out quickly and had no mistakes! Thanks!
Took 30 minutes for us to get two small shakes at 8:00pm on a Thursday night. Very poor customer service and rude employees. I have worked at Chick-fil-A before and it should never take that long. If for whatever reason it does you should give your customer an estimate of how long their wait will be
I had very bad experience today 02/12/2022. Placed the order via drive thru and received the order and when reached home, item is missing. Spoke to the associate, not even concern about that, just requesting customer to stop by in 30 days to replace the missing or drive back to get the order. Weathe
Good service. The car lines could get a little of a headache sometimes due to the location of the place. I really hope they find a way to figure this part out. There is too much overflow of cars blocking the next door business sometimes.
Newly remodeled Chick fil A location. I usually order through the app, which makes waiting much less than just going to the drive thru. Service is quick and employees are nice. Food is good as well.
