Decided on chicken tonight. Reason for 5 stars at the time of placing my order the young lady informed me it would be 8-10 minutes on legs. Perfect hot fresh chicken and l was told in advance, instead of getting to the window and waiting forever.

Been coming to this location for years and I have been to many chicken expresses throughout the years. This one is the best because they are quick, consistent, and offer great service. Fries are on point and chicken is great!
They've come along since my first visit. I'm changing my review. I came back after a while to try again and it was on point. Hot, fresh, and fast chicken. And another time today, it was awesome. The place is humming, well staffed, and friendly. Applause to management for making improvements! Well done

Their food is fresh ALWAYS and it's clean in there uncluding the bathroom. Everytime I go in there I get the SAME experience at the Chicken Express in Rowlett. Rolls,FRESH, and the Sweet ice tea!!! Omg,they better than McDonald's!!! sweet tea.I give this location 5 STARS
