I have been going to Hubbards since I was around 5 years old! My father used to take me every morning before school and I now go there almost every Saturday or Sunday! The girls are great and the food is the exact definition of a Texas diner! Great atmosphere and always a great tradition to start with your kids!

I believe if anyone has had a bad experience here they should have said something to the owner or manager have never had a unpleasant experience but there are some people bitch and moan no matter what and can never be pleased
Decent home cooking. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken are tender and served with tasty gravy. The mashed potatoes are homemade. The pies are very good. We tried the butterfinger pie. It was sweet and delicious without being overly fluffed up with whipped cream.
My husband and I had brunch here one day with our newborn daughter in tote. There was quite a wait but upon the wonder seeing we had a baby with us she promptly sat us! Although I felt bad cutting in front of others, it was nice that a fellow mother understood our window of time to eat our meals. We both ordered breakfast and it was great! Portion sizes weren't too large but plentiful. We will definitely go back!
I have only eaten breakfast here, but it has been very good both times I have dined at Hubbards. Food is tasty and affordable and the wait staff is commendable.
Pretty waitresses... Affordable, great food... Antiques and collectibles everywhere... MIMOSAS... Same owners as the one in Garland. We will be back without a doubt.
I live in Miami but whenever I come to visit my best friend in Garland I insist on going to Hubbards. The service by the Rowlette Cheerleaders is incredible. The girls are really sweet and are constantly asking if you need anything. The food is incredible and reasonably priced. I love this place.
BEST cup of coffee, hands down. Someone was always offering to fill up my cup. Love it. My eggs were cooked to order. Tried the panfrys, they were not cooked to my liking.. Needed to be more done. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. Service was good. Atmosphere was very homey and I felt welcomed. I will return.
I went to hubbards last week and the service was amazing! Along with food! They were running a chicken fried steak special lunch for 6.99 with 2 sides that the waitress let me know about. portions were very generous!!! and it was very good. I am pleased and will return!
Banana Cream Pie. I purchased a banana cream pie from Hubbards's a couple of weeks ago.
That was probably the best banana pie I have had since the ones my Mom used to make. Can"t wait to get other pies that they have. Awesome job!!!

Delicious food and attentive service by friendly and beautiful women and handsome men.. I have asked if they hire the staff from a modeling agency. The management deny it. However they all look nice and are very friendly and helpful. My Son and I go on Sunday and we have for years. . The food is great. We go for brunch. The breakfast tacos, or waffles or Omelets are perfect. I often get a Bloody Mary and he likes a Memosa. When I go in at lunchtime the staff are just as nice and attentive, I order food to go. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I love the cornbread, Chicken fried Chicken and the Chicken and Dumplings. The manager is pleasant and helpful.
I wish they would expand this building. The location is ok but they are always so busy. The parking lot over flows.

The best service and food.. We go there if I am in town every Sunday Morning. The food is great. The chef is wonderful. The staff are excellent. The men are good looking and the women are beautiful. They are always bringing coffee and asking if they can do more for us. We got a couple of red velvet chocolate cupcakes to go. They were the besy cupcakes. Sooo very delicious.

Great Home cooked flavor. We enjoy a Sunday brunch at Hubbards. Cafe. The food is always so good. They cook it just the way we love it. Coffee is brewed fresh and served often. The staff are friendly and pretty or handsome. My son works grave yard shift so he loves to get a drink with his meal. The cook there is very attentive and does a great job. We look forward to our next encounter there. I recommend it highly.

Home style food is great.. When I am in town my son takes me out to breakfast here on Sunday. He works the graveyard shift and enjoys a drink with his breakfast. The waitresses are very pretty or handsome. They make us feel like family. They refill the coffee often and attend to every need.
The owner/greeter/cashier is fun and great about making us feel welcome and important. We always get VIP treatment.
The food is delicious, home style, cooking and we love it. We will keep coming here. We ordered pies for the holidays and they were enjoyed by all at the family get together. Yummy.

Great Home cooking flavor. We love this place they serve drinks beginning @ 10 AM on Sunday which is the day we go there. My son woks at night so he has a drink with his breakfast. The service is excellent and we enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast is great and tge coffee keeps coming.
The owner seems to be avoiding me . I hope I did not do anything to upset him or his wife. We cut up a lot and maybe I got out of hand. If I did I am sorry.

Outstanding service, took my mother in law there for breakfast (she is 90) and she loves the restaurant for breakfast (where the owner gave her a piece of strawberry pie, her favorite). The service is fantastic, food excellent and pricing is very affordable.

Hubbard's is great!. We go to Hubbard's in Rowlett every weekend for breakfast. The food is always good. The price is right and the service is great. Somehow the little waitresses remember what we drink (and how they do that is a mystery to me). The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable.
I like the Chicken! ! !. This place is great, If you like Home cooking you have to try it.....My favorite(It's all good>>>) is the Baked Chicken, It just falls off the bone. I also love the Strawberrycream Pie(When they have it....) They used to serve a Very large BBQ Rib but stopped for some reason. The service is always prompt and courteous with plentry of waitstaff. My family and I eat there several times a week and it's always crowded. Try it, you won't regret it.
This thriving eatery is a nice surprise for a small town restaurant just outside of Dallas in Wiley. Their portions are generous and fantastic tastes. Everyone seems to have a nice disposition and they are quick to grab what condiments you ask for.
*One very noteworthy item: theirs pork or beef tamales are the best restaurant tamales I have ever had. And, they are twice as big as your entry-level tamales. Very comfortable feel inside.
Old school diner with breakfast all day. Very friendly and prompt service. Fresh cooked foods and homemade desserts. They even have pies for order, I have attached a pie list in the pics.
A country atmosphere with plenty of table, booth and counter seating. The staff was constantly moving and asking if you needed anything. The bus boys were always out cleaning and even backing up for refills.
You wait to be seated, order at the table and pay at the front counter.
Very friendly waitstaff! Unique side dish of collard casserole was tasty! More delicious catfish than one can eat!
I go to this great spot from time to time! This is my favorite spot to grab a bite. I go there many times. The meals are of high quality, the workers are helpful and the cost is reasonable. I like going in this place over a tasty lunch.
The place serves big dishes and for reasonable rates. kind owner. 5 stars from me.
Enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was very good and the service as well. Didn't have to ask for warm up on coffee. The ladies came around several times to keep our cups full.
