They got 1 sandwich wrong, and I didn't notice when I picked up my order. I called when I got home, I explained they took my name and mobile number and gave me a free sandwich. I also got a nice email from the owner apologizing. That was very nice. Both Sunways in Roy are fantastic.
Everyone that was working there tonight June 30th, 2023 was VERY kind, helpful and accommodating! If I could give them more stars I would! They all were awesome!
What a great experience. I went there Saturday July 2nd around 630 pm. The 2 girls were friendly/helpful and I believe Evan went above and beyond. I almost always get a meatball sub and it is soggy through the paper when I get home. This young man took extra care and for the first time in 20 + years i wasn't losing a soggy sandwich in paper when I got home. Thank you to you 3 for great customer service!
Your typical subway, so you can always expect the menu to be there. The kids working there are just blah

I have been going to this Subway for a while now and they are amazing. Caitlynn has great customer service and deserves a raise/promotion! Their system went down for a few minutes and she gave me and another customer free cookies and apologized for the wait (which wasn't a problem at all). Very quick and accurate service, always delicious, and I look forward to lunch every day. Thanks guys, A Loyal Customer!

Nice location and service is usually good (can be slow service as they get new employees, but in visiting Subway locations over the last year it appears they aren't really training employees anymore on how to build sandwiches).

Went to Subway in the Kent's shopping center, and I was so pleased at the quality of food and service I received. The bread was so fresh and soft, Justin was so friendly and helpful and really fast making my sandwich! The store was clean, and overall 5 star experience!!
Sriracha and their bacon egg and cheese is pretty much the reason I love this place.

Always good food there. Great service, friendly and helpful. Went in ten minutes prior to closing and still very pleasant staff. That's a good sign of a great crew.
