I've had nothing but good food and good service at both Royersford and Gateway. Employees have always been courteous and pleasant. I was once the victim of an employee prank that we discreetly resolved and laughed at and the end result was a free meal including a milkshake that I had not originally ordered. The food has always been hot and didn't taste like it was sitting under warming lights for hours. Will always be my "go to" place for chicken.
I was coming back from the gym and wanted a healthy meal for supper. I stop at Chick-fil-A as I was told they had great salads. This was my first experience in the franchise as I'm originally from Canada and we don't have any of this chain. The manager was very kind and offered me a free meal since it was my first experience in the restaurant!! Plus the salad was delicious! I will be back for more healthy post work-out meals. Thank you.

Stopped by today to try their breakfast after an ortho appt with my daughter getting both wrists casted. They were very accommodating and made sure our experience was wonderful. Kudos to the attention and care!

Although the lines basically wrapped around the building, our order was taken rather quickly. There were 7 of us ordering. We received our order super quickly also! Everything was correct, delicious, hot and fresh! The customer service is really something to experience! Absolutely friendly, sweet, all smiles! I loved it!
So, I ordered some lunch for my son and a sandwich for me while we were running around. I ordered on the app and picked up inside. It was busy, as per this location’s usual, but food was hot and ready on time. I was on my ride home and hadn’t opened my sandwich yet when I got a call from Chickfila. I answered and it was a very nice young woman who was calling to tell me she had made a mistake on my order and wanted to offer me a complimentary meal to make it up to me. I was so fully pleasantly disarmed, I couldn’t be upset in the slightest. As far as fast food goes, mistakes happen but calling to take responsibility and then remedy? That’s something above and beyond today. And it was an honest mistake, she had just left off the tomato and lettuce, everything else was correct. Don’t hesitate to frequent this location, and if you ever have a problem, I believe they will do whatever is necessary to make it right!
The food at Chick-fil-A was delicious. We stopped in on our way home from a school trip with a bus load of people. The employees were polite and caring. The ordering process was smooth for a large group of people. My first choice for fast food is Chick-fil-A because the atmosphere is calm and workers are exceptional.

Classic Chick-fil-A restaurant. Frequently very busy in the drive thru with two lanes running, most of the day. Friendly staff. Only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is that I've twice now ordered ahead of time, through their mobile app, and not received my full order. Usually pre-ordering gives me the confidence that my order will be exactly what I request. Doesn't appear to be the case with this Chick-fil-A ☹️.
