I had an 8 oz. filet mignon that was fork tender with a superb flavor. Texas Club is still the go to place in Ruidoso. The service is always top notch and the the desserts are killer good. They know how to handle a crowd!!!
After arriving in Ruidoso after a 5 hour bike trip, all we wanted was a good meal and a comfy motel. We didn’t have a reservation and didn’t really fit in with the other clientele with our dingy riding clothes and sunburned faces, but we were seated immediately, tea and soda were kept full, the food was excellent (he had the chicken fried steak and I had a sirloin) and the atmosphere was very nice. Thank you!

We ate here for our anniversary and it was amazing! Steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were phenomenal! Will definitely makes this place a must stop every time we're in Ruidoso!

Quite possibly the best steak that I've ever eaten! A bit pricey, but no more than you'd expect from a great steakhouse. Looking forward to my next trip to Ruidoso, and to the Texas Club!
First time trying. Started out with excellent and friendly service, but then diminished some as it took and hour to receive our meal and had some confusion about how one entree was to be prepared. Food, however was delicious!!! I'd definitely give it another shot!!
We Texans needed some cow whilst here - and this is the place. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Their steak rub is delicious - however - order light medium or the way they serve it. It is a lot of salt and pepper. The coconut shrimp are to die for. We will return! YEEHAW!
Excellent food, excellent service. Steak was a bit salty, and a bit pricey (but I mean hey its steak).
Three of us were seated immediately for dinner at 6:30 on 3/17/2022. Every member of wait staff from hostess to server treated us with cheerful , friendly service. Our server was Michael, who was constantly making sure we were well taken care of. He was prompt, patient, and always the consumate professional.
I am very sorry not to know the names of the other wait staff beccause those young men and women worked hard to make the Texas Club a superior smooth running "ship". Thanks to all.
Had a great dinner here. Ordered the Friday Surf and Turf special. The crab was excellent, next time I'll substitute a filet for the steak. We also had Sunday brunch that was great.
Dinner here was fantastic. Our waitress was incredible and the drinks amazing! Will be back when we pass through. Ordered that appetizer sampler and we were blown away by the amount of food and how delicious it was. Filet was perfect! #texasapproved 😉
