Red enchilada plate was pretty lame , sauce tasted like tomato sauce. Chip hot salsa is super awful. My meal was not an authentic Mexican or Tex mex plate . Rather hit up a taco stand then ever come back here. To add , super awful customer service. !!
Went to Casa Blanca for a Tuesday afternoon lunch and tried a variety of items, including a margarita, paloma, quesadillas, and chile rellenos.
Overall the quality was above average, however I was unimpressed with the quesadillas (a bit soggy) and the paloma (oddly bitter).
Will definitely be back
Never knew this nice Mexican restaurant existed. I probably drove past it 100 times, but today my close friend invited me here. The ambience is nice, the server was friendly and efficient, and most importantly, the food was very good. I ordered the fajitas-- which were very good. What stood out
Probably the best restaurant in Ruidoso. The biggest most delicious chicken fried steak ive eaten in my life. The service was outstanding. Can't wait to be back.
