Good restaurant that we visit about once a week. There is a really good carhop named Amanda. She has never gotten our order wrong and is friendly and fast getting our food out. We hope she sticks around. Food is always consistently good.
Revised from five stars to two because all of a sudden the service has just gotten terrible. Waited almost 10 minutes this morning for a drink and I was the only one there on a call ahead order. We like the food and service. Orders are correct 95% of the time, when they aren't, they get them corrected with no problems.
I've started going back to the Rusk Sonic after having some bad service. It has gotten a lot better.
Waited 8 minutes at stall and still no one took my order. They didn’t even acknowledge me and ask me to wait. When service is bad you have no choice but to go elsewhere. No point in rewarding poor service.
