Food took forever and the food was cold when we started eating. The server needs more training. Hardly saw him but when he finally stopped back, we asked if we could have a couple boxes. He never came back, never asked if we wanted desert since we were celebrating a birthday. Overall, poor even
The service here was great! Fast and friendly. There was a wait when we arrived, but they were quick in turning over tables and our food was out quickly. Great experience overall.
The beef in VT is just better. At least the Applebee's in Rutland VT. is better than any other Applebee's I've eaten at. Much better than any in Western MA. The steak is just better in VT. (Not really sure why?)
I do wish they'd bring back their "Sizzling Apple Pie" though.
The staff was very well trained. I got the fish and chips and it was really good. The cod fish was a very large filet and was freshly dipped in batter and fried to perfection. The French fries were very good, crispy outside, soft inside.

Great experience dining in this location. Our waitress was very attentive, fast, and very friendly. Food were delicious, hot, and tasted great! Due to this very good experience, we plan on visiting our local Applebee's and hope the level of service and food quality are the same.

Ate here on a Friday evening. We ordered chicken tenders (pretty good), half-rack ribs (very good), grilled chicken caesar salad (not bad but way too heavy on dressing), and a kids pizza (pretty good). Service was good as well. Overall I would recommend to friends and family.
