Really enjoyed my meal here. Service is great and portions are huge, and I’ve never seen an extensive menu like theirs. They do breakfast items, pizzas, pastas, appetisers, sandwiches, steak, you name it. The strawberry cheesecake with ice cream was huge and left over even after sharing b/w 3 people. The beets and avocado salad was great! Also recommend their mint and passion fruit lemonades (not the ice teas), so refreshing!
Had a wonderful dinner here with my family. We were seated much quicker than we were told, then our orders were taken and the food came out very quickly. We had even asked for help in knowing what tasted like what and got great suggestions. The food was so good, and such large portions, we took home what we couldn't finish. Definitely worth coming back to this place!!!
We went right after trick or treating. We were beat. I assumed they would be swamped. Which it did look pretty busy but we were seated promptly. Got our food in a timely manner. My daughter who ordered steak could not stop complimenting on how accurately they got her steak cooked to the way she likes it. (She's picky about her steak lol as am I) waitress was very friendly.
It’s the Cheesecake Factory!! Been here before but never wrote up a review before. We came here for dinner after our son’s graduation on a Friday (6/2). Had reservations at 6pm. Upon arrival, was seated within a few minutes after. Place is clean and welcoming as always (5/5). Our server was nice and welcomed us. Tended to us just enough but not overwhelming. Waiter service is a solid 5/5. We placed our order and food was served within 15 minutes straight from the kitchen. Presentation of the food is excellent (5/5). And taste is super yummy (5/5). I highly recommend the fish tacos. My wife got the chicken tacos. Son ordered the chicken Marsala. Alls came out real nice. We didn’t get drinks this time. But overall experience is a solid 5/5. Cost to dine here is slightly on the higher side compared to other places. Value/Price ratio is about a 4.75/5. I would highly recommend making reservations ahead of time. This place is always packed. Won’t disappoint though!
This place is amazing, services are awesome, food is very good 👍. I would recommend this place, and if you can't come inside the restaurant, and there is Pick up!!!!!! please if you are hungry or coming from a trip, I recommend to eat here 😋 😊 🙂 ☺️!!!!....
Great place with a huge menu! Great bread! Large portions! Tasty food and drinks! Spacious seating . Definitely worth a visit! Reasonable prices ! Always enough to take some home. Incredible cheesecakes
Love this place, a great variety of options for drinks, food, and desserts. Great service and ambiance. They do help getting extra dipping sauces or the sauce that comes entrees.
We have been here a couple of times, but I am writing a review for the first time.
We came for lunch the main attraction is the warm complimentary bread. We ordered our favorite avocado egg rolls. Loved the dipping sauce and the rolls.
Lunch choices were Cajun jambalaya pasta, cashew chicken, three cheese pasta and fried chicken sandwich. Our best picks were Cajun jambalaya and avocado egg roll.
Did not have room for dessert and will be back for just dessert.

I had the crispy fish tacos. They were pretty good. You get 4 little tacos, but they are filling, especially with the rice and beans on the side. Our server was very nice and patient while we went over their extensive menu selections.
It's Cheesecake... how could that be bad? The Spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good, plenty of chicken but even with Buffalo sauce not very spicy, the side Ceasar salad was very good but the first cup of coffee was tepid at best and I asked for the next to be warmed up but it was the same only with grounds 🙄 see pics...
We love this place, I mean what's not to love about it. Great Atmosphere, great servers and the Cheesecake is off the chain baby. I would come here just for the Cheesecake, they have so many options to choose from. Come here and you won't regret it. 1st pic is of Cinnabon Cheesecake, 2nd pic is Cookie Dough Cheesecake and mine because I love it, Strawberry Cheesecake hmmm hmmm.
I treated myself to a late lunch. I ordered butter lettuce chicken wraps. The flavor was so good. The only negative thing was they were skimpy on the chicken. It was mostly veggies. The clam chowder was good and the decadent chocolate cake was mouth watering. I couldn't eat it all.
The food is always good at Cheesecake Factory. I frequent this restaurant often as I love the food options. I have no complaints about the food. However, I always have bad service at this location. Our server disappeared, she forgot to check on us, she didn't bring or offer refills, she didn't ask if we needed anything. My daughter waited for 10 minutes for mayo.. If the service improved, this would be a top restaurant in Sacramento. They need to train the servers and hire more people.
Great traditional burger! Wife ate the Thailand Curry Chicken, not to her taste. Last time there she had the shrimp scampi, and that was good. ( She likes to try different items.)
The place was amazing, the employees were very kind and patient. Had an amazing service while dining in. They were very caring and cautious to make sure we weren't hurt or burnt from the hot plates. They many things to choose from starting from drinks to desserts. The reservation goes up to 6 people anything above that you'd need to either come in and wait or maybe call a manager to make sure they can do it.
This place was very organized, clean, the workers consistently checked in with us to make sure everything is good. There is also outside seating if person wants to be there. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Yes, I would its a good place to go to with family or with a date.
Our food was delicious, but most of all we had the best waiter. Ian was courteous., always right there to take care of our questions/needs. We feel he is a great asset to your establishment. We loved the stuffed mushrooms, Mexican soup, Jamaican shrimp and Shepherd’s pie. Plus the cookie dough cheesecake.
A wonderful and distinguished restaurant and place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, characterized by a variety of dishes and flavors, and most importantly, high cleanliness and fast and accurate service. It also features delicious cake pieces and luxurious creamy. I recommend visiting it as much as possible, as it is an irreplaceable opportunity.
2nd Sunday getting Brunch. I had the cinnamon roll pancake. That thang was thangin. I Also had the jambalaya and hash. It wasn’t as good as it was the first time but I will definitely be back.
12/12/2022: It has been a while since I've been to this restaurant. I went with a friend and we sat in the bar area so that we wouldn't have to wait a long time for a table.
Our server was excellent! He was attentive, friendly, and kept our drinks filled. It was busy, so I really appreciated his service.
The food was great. For the first time, I tried the cheeseburger spring rolls. To my surprise, they were tasty, and with the dipping sauces, they actually tasted like cheeseburgers! For my entree, I had the chicken piccata. The portion size was huge. I loved the capellini as it was a great accompaniment to the well prepared chicken cutlets.
