My wife and I stopped in early, around 7:45 am on a Saturday morning. Greeted with the most pleasant staff, clean and family oriented setting and offered a menu with lots of traditional and unique breakfast offerings. Our breakfast was superb. Honestly one of my best breakfast experiences. Healthy portions, wonderful tastes and flavors, perfectly cooked food, served within a reasonable amount of time, to order and hot! My wife had French Toast and eggs, bacon - I had (and STRONGLY recommend) the Pork Chile Verde Skillet. I could not have dreamed of a better breakfast to begin my visit (first time) to beautiful Sacramento!

Took my 3 kids here (ages 17, 14, 9) and all four of us left satiated. Promptly sat at 10am (I called ahead and Sundays get busy after 11am from the church crowds) and everything was delicious! Kids ordered eggs benny, corned beef hash with a biscuit and the kids menu pancakes. Mama ordered coffee, fresh squeezed OJ and a cinnamon roll. I paid less than $70 with tip - a minor feat these days! I would absolutely return, something I don't say often because I always love to try something new. Brookfields is locally-owned with fresh, HOMEMADE food and a casual but not trashy and therefore somehow classy atmosphere. Menu has something for everyone, including the foodies and the frugal, picky eaters. Pretty sure my inlaws would 1) enjoy the food 2) not complain [too much] about the price - LOL!

This is a great place to eat a casual meal. Huge variety of menu items & breakfast is served all day. My go-to favorite is the Incredible Artichoke Sandwich, but everything I've had here is good. Good for groups of all sizes. Service is always prompt, efficient & friendly.

The service here was impeccable. Our server was friendly and attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was also really nice, too. The decor was welcoming without being over the top. Enough lighting to see, but dim enough to be cozy. Everything was clean and the high ceilings made everything feel nice and open. The food was ok. 3 stars for the food seems generous, but 2 seems harsh, so I'd give it a 2 and a half if I could. The food just seemed like it was not particularly fresh, and it was often under or over seasoned. The chicken and vegetables were very bland, the cocktail sauce overwhelmingly tasted like horseradish, the fish was extra fishy (making me think it was a little bit old), the fries were sooo salty, and the pasta was overcooked. Everything was edible, but nothing was great. Prices were pretty reasonable, but I would have liked to enjoy the food more. Great job front of house! Needs work back of house!

Stopped by for brunch. Had to order the gourmet cinnamon roll drowning in butter while we waited for our food. I had a Chile Verde omelette and my wife enjoyed sweet potato pancakes. All was absolutely delicious and served with flourish! I'll definitely have to go on a diet after Christma

This was my first time at this location. They did not disappoint. I ordered the Santa Fe Benedict. It was everything I imagined. Delicious and full of flavor. I highly recommend this plate. Will definitely have it again!

I went with a group of 11 people, but the staff was very nice and considerate with our large group. The meat loaf and mashed potatoes were extremely good and filling, although the gravy was a little too salty. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there, and will definitely be returning.

There's a reason this place is packed on a Sunday morning! Good service, high quality food, great menu, and nice atmosphere. Only downside: limited "healthy" menu, according to my mother. I honestly don't see the issue, everything here is WAY better quality than she gets at "healthy" places like Panera (worked there, don't trust the fresh/healthy claims).

Came here today with the wife and we were seated very quickly and Covid was well respected. All employees wore their masks and kept tables populated far enough apart to feel comfortable. My waitress was really good, she had just the right tempo of service to not over attend but didn't leave us stranded for an hour. The food was great. I had the Mr. M's eggs Benedict and it was really good! I'm definitely going to be taking the wife here again. Over all it was a great place!

Nice family style restaurant. Food and service were both good. Prices are a bit high but nothing new in this over inflated economy. Nice change from the same old chain places.

Had a retire employees luncheon there in a backroom. Good food and service. I had a really good cheese burger and I think they made the bun. Super!

This was my first time visit. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The food was good although I ordered what was considered Sacramento's best French dip. I've had better. I won't hold this against them. Overall this was a nice family style restaurant.

The bottomless mimosas are great, especially because they let you get any flavor you want on each refill. The corned beef hash was delicious but the start of the breakfast was my daughter's scone and my buttermilk biscuit with berry compote. Warm and flaky and not crumbly at all like other local places that don't make them daily. Today's visit was great. Our waitress Lilly was awesome.

We got in got to sit down right away. Our waitress was so nice and sweet. We ordered then in like 5 minutes we had our food. It was delicious just needed a bit more seasoning. I had the brioche French toast. My husband had the California Benedict. I had the potatoes off my husbands plate they were so good. I will come back. If possible can you have more variety of milk alternatives. I wanted a latte but you only had almond.

Pretty good breakfast! The blood orange mimosa was on point. I had the pork chile verde omelette which was pretty tasty. Not the best I've ever had but decent flavor. Love the homemade jam. Overall great experience. Going to try dinner next!
