Simply put - this place rocks! I would compare this place in terms of taste and value to In-N-Out. A must try late night when In-N-Out has a line at the drive thru around the block.
The food was great but the hospitality here was great! We did dine in with my husband and they were consistently checking in if we needed anything or to ask how everything was! Definitely recommend this location! I came around 7:40-8p this crew was really showing great customer service!😊 thanks guys!
My family and I were eating in. It was extremely busy and I heard Drew, the manager, tell his workers which foods he needed to complete the order to go out.The thing that made him unique is that he was saying please and thank you but in a very sincere way. As busy as it was, I never heard frustration nor the tone of his voice change in any way. It stayed very calm and kept up with the sincere please and thank you. After the rush, my husband and I heard him give kudos to each and every one of his workers and, at the end, told them all as a group what a great job they had done. I work in a fast-paced medical clinic, and this is the kind of management that every company should have. Someone who sees and recognizes the awesome work that each individual does and keeps the team motivated.
Definitely enjoyed my birthday burger and the garlic fries. It was busy in there and the employees were pretty nice. It didn’t take long for my food either. They aren’t the best burgers but they’re not nasty.
Good food at a fair price. The restaurant is clean and seems to be well managed. Food always comes out fast and hot. Online ordering via the app is a snap. Employees seem very friendly.
There is a bit of inconsistency with how well done the food is cooked but it is to be expected with a fast food chain.
I got to go here with a dear friend today. It's a bit off of Howe Ave. I didn't even know it was here. So glad I know where it is now! This will definitely go in the rotation of eating out.
I had the char burger, fries and a soda. Decent prices. My friend had the char burger with cheese and the tempura green beans. I loved the grilled onions and thick cut pickles on my burger. Fries were very hot! I will definitely take my husband... now that I know it's there!
Awesome burger. I had impossible patty and the texture is impressive. Feels like meat. Tastes less iron based than beef. Wish they had turkey. Love habit burger. Cold and clean inside. Pumpkin milkshake for the winter. Was busy and they are working so fast and hard back there. Drew is really a solid manager
Love their chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. The food is always good. That's my favorite meal at The Habit.
Love this chain that started put in Santa Barbara. The caramelized onions on the burgers just give that little something extra. It's about on the same level, a little above, in n out, but bigger. So good for when you have a burger craving.

Great veggie burger! I had grilled sourdough, grilled onions plus the rest. It was such a great, fast, convenient option for a vegetarian. Hallelujah.
It is a little pricey but very tasty ! The milkshakes are the perfect consistency and the burgers taste fresh and delicious!
Probably the kindest and most efficient fast food experience I've had in a long time,the staff were extremely helpful but not overbearing or pushy and seemed to take care in their work.
I love that they have several solid salad options, and other non-burger options too. I was impressed by the superfood salad - it was pretty loaded with good stuff! It can be a bit crowded there, but it's nice that they take your phone number so that they can text you when your food is ready. Prices are reasonable too - honestly cheaper than some drive through fast food restaurants.
Popular eatery! Terrific place for lunch. When we are in the area It is a must stop. Burgers are yummy. The sweet potato fries are outstanding. As a vegetarian I enjoy their veggie burger in a lettuce wrap. They grill it fresh and to your specs. It is crowded sometimes but the wait is worth it.👍👍
