I have had Thai food all over the world, and this is by far the best so far. Getting vegan food here is never a problem. The staff are all pleasant and efficient. I won't go anywhere else but here if it is at all possible.
Friendly staff, amazing food! Favorites include: pad Thai, green curry and chada fried rice! Definitely recommend!
Love Chada Thai Cuisine! Everything is deliciously amazing! Tasty food every time! Chada is a must when on Broadway in Sacramento.
The food is amazing!! Parking can be a challenge but the food is worth the effort!!! Wonderful owners too - very friendly and only use the best in their cooking! Highly recommend Chada Thai!!!!!
This is my go to Thai restaurant. Excellent and authentic Thai Cuisine. Family-owned and run. A cordial and sweet family. I love the avocado Curry and they do not scrimp on the avocado. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a Thai restaurant in the Sacramento area.
Hands down my favorite Thai restaurant. Delicious food and huge portions with amazing service. I travel to Thailand every year and I prefer Chada to any restaurant in Thailand!
Because Friends have other favorite Thai restaurants in town so I eat in 5-6 others in down a few times a year, but without a doubt I prefer Chada.
When I’m sick their soup hits the spot And is my comfort food. Each dish has unique and different flavors and unlike most restaurants, the food truly tastes like it was homemade and made with love.
Myself and Friends have customized dishes and each one turns out delicious.
This is my go to Thai place... panang curry, lemongrass beef, tum ka, beef salad! Comfort food.

The coconut milk soup was very flavorful..my favorite part of the meal. Then 4 of us shared the silver noodle salad and 3 entrées. The green curry chicken was hot but I kept going back for more bites.
Great food and service! Definitely quality over quantity.
Wonderful, tasty Thai food.. Great service, great location. Great for groups, individuals or couples..
The service is phenomenal! They are kind, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and elegant. The food is savory and fresh. Overall, its my favorite restaurant is town. Bon appetite!
Great food, great people! Family owned business and really authentic!
Very friendly place to go eat at. The food is great. Recommend every one to give it a try.
I've had both dine in and takeout and it's been wonderful every time. I've enjoyed the pad thai, pad see ew, and drunken noodles and they all were delicious. Portions are pretty big so come prepared. It felt very welcoming inside, our waiter was the best and put a smile on our face! A must if you're craving Thai food.
A nice little place who make authentic Thai food with wonderful flavors. If you enjoy authentic you'll like Chada Thai.
The meals are provided family-style. Fantastic fried chicken is the chef's speciality. Despite the fact that I am not at all a salad person, I always order their shrimp salad. They also come in a recommended peach/green tea flavor. The ambiance is quite relaxed, and the servers are also highly knowledgeable. I've sampled a lot of the menu's offerings, and I've never been let down.
The food is served family style. The chefs special fried chicken is phenomenal. I always order their shrimp salad, and I am not a salad person whatsoever. They also have peach/green tea flavor that is recommended. The atmosphere is very laid back, and the servers also provide great advice. I have tried a lot of different plates on the menu and have yet to walk out disappointed.
I celebrated my Birthday on Feb 2nd with some friends, service was great- Food was great and we had an amazing time at the restaurant, thank you so much.
We found this restaurant while walking down Broadway, and the food was really delicious! Everyone was super sweet to our little one year old who was very wiggly the whole time. We ordered her steamed tofu which she loved. Next time we're downtown, we'll be back.
I have been supporting this business for over 10 years and I appreciate the authentic and high quality food the staff here makes
This is one of my favorite places to eat. They are so warm and friendly. Recommended and will continue to eat here.
The owner is very pleasant and a great host. Grubhub screwed up my orders and the owner was soo sweet in correcting it immediately. A PLUS FOR CUSTOMET SERVICE
the red mango vegetarian curry is what I ordered and it was 10/10 delish. Yummmmm
Will definitely be ordering again
I always make sure to stop by this restaurant when I’m in sac, and the food is always delicious. There is another place next to it called Taste of Thai that I’ve tried a couple times, but none of the dishes can really hold a candle to Chada Thai. Chada’s pad thai is so flavorful and balanced, and honestly the best pad Thai I’ve ever had. The Drunken Noodles (pad kee mao) are well seasoned and very fragrant with basil, not too greasy either. Their service is always prompt and welcoming as well. They even have ample serving sizes so I can save some for later if I wanted!
Very clean & neat (could do w/o the idols/graven images, but it's their establishment...). I was the only Patron 1/2 hr. prior to closing, so of course (?) Waitress was very attentive and cordial. No hot tea, but I endured. Table had a slight wobble. Dinner came quickly; hot & fresh, vegetables not overcooked. Very generous portions. Dinnerware, silverware & glassware were heavy, high quality; with heavy cloth napkin. Slightly dissapointed that seasoning/flavor was not more "Thai" tasting, but perhaps it was my choice of Entree. Also could do w/o the radio up a little too high broadcasting in a foreign language. I'll give 'em a 4.5, and if they'd "fix" the minor issues, I'd give 'em a 5.0.
UPDATE: Downgrading them to a 4.0 because I've finished dining, having partially turned towards the counter where my Waitress is "yukkin' it up" with the Cook(?) and are too busy to attend to thee (lone) Customer. I FINALY got the Waitress' attention, paid the tab, tipped her & departed.
The thai curry is ultimate. Basil fried rice was really good. The dine in area is minimalist with paintings and gives a cozy feeling. However the outdoor seating isn't much great.
I have never been inside of this place. I went to the veterinarian next to it. But it's Oriental food so I think that it would be good.
I had the house soup and the broth along with everything in it was delicious at a great price! This place has great soup for the colder seasons and I have already recommended this place to coworkers. I know I will be back soon. 😊
