Always love coming to this place, food is good, never have more than like a 15 minute wait at this place every time I come. The server we had, Suzi, was an absolute sweetheart. One of the nicest servers I've ever had, she provided us great service, excellent recommendations for the drinks we got, and overall it was just such a great night because of her.
We got there when it opened so we were able to get seated quickly. We were given a table in a singled out space which was nice. The food was ready in good time and beside the chicken strips being a bit browned everything was delicious. The endless salad and breadsticks were a plus. The server we had could have been friendlier and seemed a bit bothered by my group asking questions about the menu and basically pointed out where on the menu we could get the answer to our own questions. There were also several times we asked for things and she did not come back to bring them, instead we had to ask someone else. Needless to say I was not impressed with the service. The portions were good for the price.
I don't often frequent Olive Garden but I think I might have to now! I went twice within the past month and the food was delicious and the service was wonderful (and much more exceptional at night). I come here mainly for the unlimited soup but the other food is still great. I usually get the ravioli with Alfredo sauce with lots of cheese. The main reason I'd like to go back (besides the soup) is that the staff is very accommodating and service is superb. They stop by your table just enough times to be helpful but not overly annoying. And they're on top of bringing you what you request (i.e. refills, utensils, more soup, etc.)
I also enjoy ordering the $6 take-home fettuccine Alfredo (with the purchase of entree) so I can enjoy more pasta later.
It can get a little pricey (my bill usually ends up around $80) but it's worth it for the occasional dine-in.
It’s Friday (3/3) night dinner with the family. Added us to the waitlist. Within arrival waiting just about 10-15 minutes after checking in, was seated. The space was clean as usual (we’ve dined here before). Host was friendly and courteous. Our waiter was amazing! Took our order, very polite, and tentative but not too much. Food was served within 15 minutes after ordering. Salad was amazing. Soup was excellent. And the food was awesome! I ordered the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine. Rest of the family ordered the Lasagna, the standard Fettuccine, Kids Pizza, and the Shrimp Carbonara. All the food turned out great. I can’t say enough about the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine. It’s a new item on the menu and I highly recommend it. Super tasty and yummy! We paired it with the house Cabernet. The wine was okay, didn’t expect much. It’s not the highest quality, just something to pair with the food. Food Taste 5/5. Food Presentation 4.5/5. Service 5/5. Restaurant Cleanliness 5/5. Wait time to be seated 5/5. Wait time to getting food 5/5. Wine (Cabernet) 3/5. Value/Cost Ratio: 4.5/5. Overall, we had a great experience. We’ve been here many times before but this is the first I’m writing a review of this place. Highly recommend and would definitely return. We’ve never been disappointed.
The food was great and i love the Suppa Tuscana. We ordered the herb garlic salmon which was really tasty, and tour of Italy ( lasagna, fettucini, alfredo & effgplant pamersiana ) for the main dish.
OMG! We couldn't finish our main dish because the salad (free), garlic bread and soup, made us full immediately.
Over all, i like the place, it's nice to have a dinner date or celebrate something special for a couple or family. The parking is available.
Was up in Saragosa all weekend with ol Buskus Beltwater movin his team of Clydesdales from the Hopscotch Ranch down to the Flat Iron Spread for the upcoming winter, and he gave me a whole 20 bucks and said dinners on me! All I could say is WOW! 20 whole dollars for food....are ya sure!
Olive Garden Italian Restaurant was in my sights when I came through Sacramento on my way up, so I'm stopping at the Garden on my way back through. It's a 5 star joint, that's for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆ the food was amazing.
If I was to base my experience based on the first server alone, I'd put 1 star across the board. I've bumped the stars to 4 because Travis (the Olive Garden Area manager) and Stephanie (a fairly new server) have excellent customer service and turned my birthday dinner around for the win!
Stephanie replaced the "rude" server we started off with. Stephanie was amazing! She came and corrected some stuff that was messed up, gave my group of 10 and I to go containers & bags, and even sang happy birthday to me. This might not seem like much but for the birthday concluding dinner, it was everything for me. Nothing went unnoticed Stephanie and I wish you the best of luck in your daily life. Based on what I saw last night, you're definitely going places! Thank you (and Travis) for everything you did for my group and I.
(For me personally), Elizabeth was a rude server. I asked her if she was new as I would have given her a pass (as she ignored me on multiple occasions for a variety of things (water, to go box, & most importantly, NO LEMON in my tea nor on my plate as I HAVE A CITRUS ALLERGY). She mentioned taking the lemon out to where I stated my allergy is more severe than she's aware of & I would need a whole new cup and drink. She stated she's been here awhile so I took it as there's no reason for her to be so rude to my group of 10. Our table was overcrowded as she kept bringing dishes without removing the empty ones. She would reach over people to give us food and drinks. Thats one thing I don't play about. I find it rude and disrespectful. I felt like half of the table was being ignored as 3 of us had the same issues with her. I later found out a big group before us had given her a difficult time and I'm sorry to hear that but it's kinda part of the waitress/ server game. I'm sorry you were so overwhelmed from work last night and extend an apology for "snapping" at you the way I did. As a teacher, I have a lot of patience and some reason ran out after being ignored a third time. As today is a brand new day, hopefully your next shift will be better.
Overall, 4/5 ⭐ thanks to Travis (the Olive Garden Arden manager) and Stephanie (a fairly new server) ‼️ Keep up the great work you two! It's because of you, I wanna spend my hard earned money at Olive Garden.
My first time there, the staff were so helpful. Food was so good and huge servings! Excellent work!!
Mia was a fantastic server!! She anticipated our every need all with a smile. The all-you-can-eat soup and salad was yummy and very fresh, and those breadsticks just taste soooo good.
The food is always consistently good at olive garden. I hadn't been in a long time though and it didn't disappoint. We got a couple of the seasonal summer drinks which were ok, but I didn't care for the mint it kind of ruined the flavor. For an app we got toasted ravioli which was alright, a bit overcooked and a little hard. For an entree I got the chicken Marsala which is absolutely delicious the chicken was tender sauce was perfect. And as always but the salad & breadsticks were delicious. The service was friendly and prompt overall I would visit this Olive garden again if I found myself in Sacramento.
Is it previous to this one the food was not quite right and the manager prepared me a wonderful full meal to take home. The service was was nice I asked to taste some wine and they gave me adequate amounts to taste it which was very nice. And the manager remembered me and said hello when the music was too loud I asked and they turned it down so I enjoyed my experience there.
The food was great and the service was excellent. Our waitress was Nichole and she was by far the best server we've had in a long time anywhere. She was prompt and polite. I'll come across town to go here again!
Their serving is more than likely to be expected!
Their bread and their food are delicious. Just forgot her name, the service was so very nice.
