Soooo...if you can handle dives...try this place out. It is a shady looking strip mall. The restaurant itself has boxes and stuff laying around, and they also have some really good food. I love this shi-stuff! My fork and cup weren't sparkling...but the duck was glistening and the pork was sinfully glazed. The hot&sour soup was an amazing add on! It had shrimp and mushrooms and stuff I couldn't identify...it was the best hot&sour soup I have ever had! Thank you everyone! It was delicious!

First time here. Food was fresh. Great customer service. The lunch specials were reasonably priced.

Food was not bad in my opinion. If I don't want to go far from Rancho Cordova for Chinese food, I would probably come here again. Peking Pork Chops: kind of sweet and sour flavor, although a bit more savory and not as sour. It was very soft and juicy, a lot of pieces of pork seems to be attached to a piece of bone of the pork chop. Beef Chow Mein with +$1 for hong kong style pan fried noodle. Not sure what to expect but basically it was a lot like bird's nest noodle if you've ever had that. Hard noodles that soften up when you soak it in the sauce it came with. Mostly classic takeout beef and bok choy pieces with maybe a couple long slices of carrot. My girlfriend thought it was not good I thought it wasn't bad, but probably at this location would prefer normal chow mein Pork shu-mei: I'm not sure what it's supposed to be like, but I thought it tasted pretty good in general. Had a yellow dough wrapper with a soft sort of spongy meatball type texture, fairly juicy and savory, had a slight black pepper taste. I liked it but not sure I would get it again at the same price. Didn't exactly come with any sauce, not sure if that's normal. Total came out to about $34 after tax.

The best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time!! Every dish had such a unique, signature flavor and it didn’t all taste the same.

I really like this place. Solid mid-range establishment. Food is tasty, not too greasy, flavorful and comes fast. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Google maps!

The owner is a 5 star Michelin chef and had worked in many renowned high-end restaurants in the bay area last 30 years such as KOI Palace and Hong Kong Flower Lounge specializing exquisite authentic Cantonese cuisine. His dishes are imbued with exquisite flavors and my 2 kids just can't stop eating and reminded me "comfort food". This place is a hidden gem and you will not be disappointed and truly amazed by the chef's extraordinary talent and speed. Delictable!!! You will love the authentic taste at half the price for the high-end restaurant that may not be comparable. It is really impressive. It will be a lost art once the chef retired. Happy dining.

The quality of Cantonese food here is quite good with some additional items such as Malaysian style spicy chow fun one of my favorite along with the traditional chow fun. There are many others selection such as various wonton soups, chow mein, Singapore rice noodles, and fried rice. The ambient or atmosphere is so so and dated but the good food is what I come here to enjoy and the price is what is expected in today inflated market about $14 - $18 with tip included. This place is worth a try and much better than those Panda Express food.

This was great Chinese food that really hit the spot. The food was amazing and fresh, and their soups were incredible. I’ll definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area.

This place isnt bad. The decor inside is a little worn out but they have plenty of seats and excellent service. I was out of town for training and wanted Chinese so I hit these guys up. I normally dont order off of the lunch menu but it was just me and I had nowhere to put leftovers. I got the asparagus beef which comes with soup and an egg roll and your choice of rice (white or fried) or chow mein... i got chow mein. The soup was hot and sour (my favorite) and it came out immediately along with the egg roll. The soup was delicious and I am usually disappointed in it from most places. Perfect balance of hot and sour while not tasting watered down. It had plenty of crunchy vegetables and a good portion of tofu. I wasnt disappointed. The egg roll was nothing fancy. It was crunchy and didnt leave an oily residue on my fingers or palet. I would have liked the cabbage inside to not be so mushy but I'm not complaining. The main dish came out soon after and it was piping hot. There was nothing special about the chow mein; mostly noodles. The asparagus beef was in a black bean sauce and it was a little salty for my liking, so I mixed it in with the noodles. The beef was flavorful and tender. The asparagus was equally flavorful and crisp, not overcooked and mushy. Overall, I'd go back. Probably not Romantic date spot but it's good for a meal
