Yessssszsss! Ordered these two entrées in the photos, they were sooolll good! Huge portions and the beef bone was really soft and juicy. I love the tofu that comes with the beef stew and the veggies 🥕 inside. Friendly customer service and clean environment. I will definitely come back here again for more food. Highly recommended this place for Chinese food

Our friend introduced us to this cafe. She bought peking spare ribs for me and I was hooked! So, when we were in Sacramento area, we visited Jade Fountain Cafe. We went around lunch time (1pm) and seated immediately. The restaurant is in a small complex with some parking spots at the front. - Chicken with salted fish fried rice: the first one to arrive (about 10 mins after ordering). The portion was pretty generous. It had lots of salted fish & chicken pieces. It was good. - Peking spare ribs: our FAVE! The portion was generous (big pieces of spare ribs). The sauce was tangy & sweet (similar to sweet & sour pork chop but a tad sweeter). The spare ribs were crispy yet the meat was tender. We would order this every time we visited the restaurant! Overall, good food & portion for the price. We will definitely come back to try different items.

Modest medium sized Chinese restaurant with great flavors. I have been going regularly for the past year and the cooking is very consistent. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. My favorite dish is the Salt Pepper Filet Sole. It is on the family style menu, not the a la carte menu, but ask for it and they will make it. Trust me you will not be disappointed. It's so good. Crisp on the outside; moist, tender and flavorful on the inside. I also recommend their Peking spare ribs, honey walnut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, broccoli beef, and beef chow fun, and spare ribs with salt and pepper. Parking can be a little difficult at busy times, but you can park along Freeport or in the neighborhood near by.

We ordered the house special pan fried noodles and Mongolian beef for take out. Food is really tasty and not overly pricy. I suggest you call to place an order to avoid long wait in person.

Good standby Chinese comfort food. They have a large space with lots of tables. They have an extensive menu as well as the largest rice porridge menu selection I have seen in any Chinese restaurant I've been to with 25 different variations to choose from! I have heard that they make the best Chinese rice porridge (jok) in town. My parents say it's the smoothest and their favorite place to order it from.

BEBACK - 4 OUT OF 4 STARS I've been here several times. I usually order the sole, I believe, swimming in the ginger, shallot, and soy sauce. Love the crispy fish! Anyway, I had the porridge with duck and mushrooms. I think it's gonna' be my go to for porridge for now on. It's supposed to be bland, but with all the duck slivers, it made it better for me. As the picture shows, I like it with Siracha and a few drops of soy sauce. I also ordered the shrimp and eggplant hot plate.. it was delicious, on the sweet side, had large chunks of eggplants and tofu, and a good number of shrimp. Watch out, the metal bowl is hot! But it kept the food hot for a longer time. Lastly, I truly appreciate the FREE hot tea as it is not something you get too often these days. Yeyyyy!

We have been coming here for years. Since our kids were very young. My daughter loves the food so much that this is her choice EVERY year for her birthday dinner. So many great things on the menu to choose from, and they have no problem with accommodating special requests. I had a wild idea to request Mongolian Beef Chow FUN and it is exceptional. Order it and they'll know who sent you

I come in every other weekend and i always get the best service and food! I do recommend the combos they offer if you dont know what you want to get. They also give a free little bowl of soup while waiting for your food to be ready, which with the right seasoning tastes amazing!

It's a good go to place if you want Chinese food. This time around I ordered the set family meal which consisted of pork/seaweed soup, half roasted chicken, pork w/ green beans, claypot beef stew w/ tofu and bok choy in oyster sauce. This cost $55. I added separate dishes - beef stew chow fun wet style, rice and 2 kinds of pork which is Peking pork and deep fried spick pork. It's always been a good place to go to. My only wish for this place would be that they server roast duck, roast pork and char sui pork. You can't go wrong with this place especially since they started taking credit cards

If you want an authentic Chinese restaurant experience, I highly recommend this hole in the wall gem! Once you go there a couple of times, the staff begin to talk to you like you’re part of their family and they’re reasonably priced for the quality and in comparison to Panda Express! P.S. I recommend the salt and pepper squid 🦑 and chow-fun with black bean sauce 🥢! Review Summary: Restrooms 🚽: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food 🥢: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service 🧍‍♂️: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We dined in. Ordered chicken and mushrooms soup, hot and sour soup, chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, and mongolian beef...it was perfect! The flavor was perfect. No excessive oils/grease. The soups were hot and tasty! Rice was soft and flavorful. First time and will be repeat customers! Thank you Jade Fountain Cafe for such wonderful food, hospitality, and friendly service.

There food is mostly amazing but sometimes inconsistent. The inconsistency can be accounted for in confusion when ordering. Recommend to order from three menu and not much from memory... I think that's my problem. The Salt and Pepper Chicken is amazing! We usually get that, American Broccoli in Garlic Sauce, Chicken Chow Mien, General Chicken, and rice. Family owned place that I will continue to support because the food is good!
