This chain restaurant is right on the Howe ave and closer to many other fast food eateries. I tried Clam Chowder soup and Tuna Salad Sandwich during winter and both were hot and savory. the service was prompt and faster than other places in the area. My friends tried the Fire vegetable soup. The taste was good while the prices were on high side. Spending $15 on lunch is over and above the average in many fast food places.

It was good. Delicious. Staff was busy but moderately friendly. Whoever the older manager gal was in the past was nicer and more friendly. Sandwiches were excellent.
One excellent tuna salad on a fresh toasted French roll! Sadly, by 2pm they had sold out of clam chowder. But the sympathetic staff made extra sure my order was great. It was a comfortable place to sit ... not noisy and a few cozy corners.
I had the garlic pesto turkey with the house/ pesto aioli, pepper jack cheese, usual toppings, and added some jalapenos. It was really good. I liked the sourdough bread as well.
It was delicious I had a Pepper turkey with provolone and horseradish sauce and mayonnaise tomatoes cucumbers and pepper Cheaneys yum
You really can't go wrong with this place. The sandwiches are bomb, the soups are hella good, and the service is pretty great. Word of caution though, the sourdough bread is a little tough. So the sandwich can sometimes squeeze out the sides. So strategic bird are recommended. Totally delicious though.
This place is awesome. Ive never been however after today, I will definitely be coming back. Its very clean, the staff is very kind and the clam chowder bowl tastes better than the ones we got in San Francisco! I definitely recommend!!!

Initially, I had a very bad experience. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon and had to wait an hour for my sandwich. It was just me and one other person in the restaurant. I was doing some work on my phone as I waited, but I overheard the employees chatting about random stuff and not actually working.
After waiting a long time, I addressed my concerns with staff. Employees were very apologetic, responded quickly to my concerns, and apologized for the delay. They gave me a lot of free complimentary items. More than made up for it and I ended up leaving a happy customer. Food was great. Will definitely be coming back!
The bread is so good. They put lots of meat on the sandwiches. Awesome experience.
Superlative bread taste. Meats always weak but tastes great. Tomatoes are out of season. I love the flavor of their sandwich. Clean indoors. Good location with outside seating removed for covid. Dont leave ur car unlocked in this area
The chicken poblano soup in the sourdough bowl is incredible! Better than any tortilla soup I've had. The cracked pepper sandwich went over very nicely, too. Service was fast and very friendly, prices were reasonably. We are outside and enjoyed the nice weather.
Wow! Incredible customer service and the sandwiches are soo good! I bought lunch for my mom and she loved it as well. Don’t look anywhere else if you want a great handcrafted sandwich. 10/10
