Wanted to share one of the best experience and friendliest staff I've ever had in a ice cream shop.
I visited last Saturday evening around 7pm, Kasey was the staff helping us to get our ice cream. She was so friendly and nice, took the time to let us try different flavors and had a big smile on her

The young men and women at this location were super busy, but they kept a great smile and friendly conversation.
We arrived when it first opened, it was already hot outside. We purchased two 1 scoops ice cream cups cotton candy and cookies and cream. It was very clean, the workers greeted us nicely, they were so sweet and friendly.

I love the banana ice cream they have at cold stone, I cant get it anywhere else. I got a tub to take home but it's hot af outside, so Elizabet went out of her way and put ice around my ice cream for my 30 minute drive. Thank you !!!!

I went in the other day and Casey made the BEST Chocolate Devotion I have ever tasted! She was so nice and made my Cold Stone experience absolutely delightful! Will definitely come back again!
