La Esperanza Mexican Food Products - Sacramento - Photo album

This place is lovely with delicious cheap Mexican food. I suppose it s authentic bc the line was long till outside the store and mainly local Mexican. I bought some grocery and pickled pig legs (ill try later), tilapia ceviche, tacos de papas (3 for $5), and Mexican coconut milk. They all tasted del
Must be the best food on the planet. Lines so long I thought they were giving away free food . The Tortola chips are amazing and all the food has a tone of flavor. Drove drone Elk Grove just to get some pulled pork . If you never been here before it’s worth a shot they also have a grocery store nex
Their tamales are 🔥. My kids who are picky eaters love their tamales. The line can get long but worth the wait, the line moves fast. Friendly service 👍
This is not the place to buy fresh produce. And it's a shame that this store over prices everything! A box of macaroni and cheese cost over $2! Can get that same box for under a dollar at foods co. The owner is preying upon the people, who rely on them to deliver good quality food at a good quality
Several times a year, we pick up tamales and other various food items. We have not been disappointed in everything we have purchased.
The food here is delicious! The line can get crazy long but worth the wait. Best carnitas in town.
The food is fantastic as always however the store where the carnitas and tamales, etc is sold needs to move and integrate with the larger market. If that happens, it won't be so chaotic
I have been coming to la esperanza since I was a child. I love the selection of ingredients and groceries they have at their small takeout shop. Recently I purchased a cajeta from Mexico and it is amazing! I frequent la esperanza for prepared food for parties - frijoles, arroz, carnitas y tortillas,
I would give this place a 5 star but 1 of the chicken tamales out of 2 I've gotten barely had any meat or any sauce but the 2nd one I had was really good. Had alot of flavor and a decent amount of chicken in it. Line can be long sometimes but it's well worth the wait since it's pretty cheap and good
Been around for a long time, (preferred) neighborhood bakery. Most of the staff is nice even though they've hired new people, but they're always friendly and professional. Most of the time there's a long line, but because the product is so good.
The pan dulce is amazing!!! Best fresh baked bread I have every had. Well definitely come back. Come in early. I got there at 8:20am there was a long long line.
Good bread and good choices to select from. First time going here and the line and wait was worth it. Definitely will be coming back for more.
We are not from Sacramento. We stopped by this restaurant in hopes of good, fast, and cheap Mexican food. 5 out of 5. We loved this place! Highly suggested!
Great food! I use La Esperanza for all my big events. It's very reasonably priced, delicious, and they give you so much food! They also package it nice for traveling. ❤
Great food but very busy always a line out the door so have 30min or so to wait to order
Yummy carnitas, chicharrones and pan dulce😜 The only place for the best masa preparada - ready to use!
