I came here because my go to Starbucks ran out of the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, but good thing the app tells you so you wouldn’t need to go to that location. Ordered my coffee and was standing there talking to my friend while waiting. They never called my name. They just let it sit there on the counter with all the other coffees. I was so irritated. I kept noticing people who came in after me get their items and walk out. Not good customer service. Maybe
