Easy hoping to buy a crab and get it cracked and cleaned but they did not have any that were not frozen so did not get one. Got the other things I went for. Asked customer about their new app. Explained that I was unable to download it as I kept getting the message that the app was not compatible with my device. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. The old app worked just fine on my phone. The had someone try to help but he said that was the first time he had seen that issue and was unable to help.
Good quality products, some pricey but plenty of bargain prices and specials also. They often have 2 for the price of one offers from everything to pretzels to ice cream. Currently they are doing a good job with social distancing and putting limits on certain products in order for them to be available for all of their customers. Plenty of informative signage throughout the store in regards to this.
Melanie in the bakery is the best! Had some questions about a dessert from my mother and her recommendation was a hit! Excellent customer service with a smile! Definitely will be back!
Update!! Came back again yesterday and Melanie is the best. Service and cookies with a smile! Just like bread this girl needs a raise!

I really like this Raley’s grocery store. There’s a Peet’s Coffee inside open daily from 6 am to 7 pm. There is also a Wells Fargo bank inside that is open from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. The pharmacy is open 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5:30pm on weekends. The pharmacy takes lunch from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm on weekends only. I love the bakery that features a lot of artisan style breads and desserts. The bakery also has a service counter that can help you with custom cakes/pastries. I also love the flower department it has a great selection and a service counter with balloons and other decorations. There is a good selection of greeting cards too. They offer a good selection of pre-made meals starting at $6.99 for an individual and $16.99 for a family. There is also a full-service deli. Plenty to choose from for beer and wine enthusiasts! This store also has a good selection of vegan/gluten free food options compared to other big grocers. Great produce section too that has some organic options. There is a seafood counter. 4 self service check out kiosks are available for customers. This store also offers ecart service. There is even a Blue Rhino propane machine and bottled water dispenser in the front of the store.
They have food and lots of it. It's not the only grocery store that I shop at.
It was great. The people are nice and the store had everything I wanted so I didn't have to go to another store to get all my items.
Nice big store, very clean. You can see what a little higher cost gets you. Great store, great staff, wonderful presentation of the product. Will definitely shop here again. Was just a very pleasant experience. And plenty of cashiers working. Not like some places I've shopped before.
We love Raley's and BelAir. Great meat and produce. They'll even season any meat you want for free and sharpen your kitchen knives also for free. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish they'd take your bags without asking.
This Raley's is still a decent place to shop, even if some of the prices are a bit higher than they ought to be. So comparison shopping is a requirement, as some things are priced noticeably higher, and availability can be iffy. But, check the app because sometimes there are really good deals. Otoh driving all over town can be a hassle to save ten bucks.
Quick run for some fruit after church. Raley's fruit always seems fresh. Picked up a Lemon Loaf cake as well.
Best customer service ever!!! Purchased 2 custom made deli sandwiches today, they were made with care and were delicious!! I also purchased a cheesecake from the bakery as a gift to my son, took the cheesecake to his work, he said it was great tasting and his co-workers enjoyed it also!!

I enjoyed the fresh ingredients including avocado on the Santa Cruz Sandwich and of course Peet's coffee receptionists and servers are great and helpful Adjacent within the store. I enjoy the ceramic tile of flooring patterans they have selected which always look bright and clean.
