I must say I am not vegan nor will I ever be vegan, but I was curious so I got the regular patch burger with cheese the fries and a chocolate shake. I must damn that was delicious � I would absolutely get it again it was all really good!!!! And the guys working the pop up were all very friendly and helpful. Great job �
I brought our family down. We tried almost everything on the menu. First, the chicken tenders with the the house made ranch was a family favorite. The burgers were amazing. Very flavorful and the buns were good as well. We liked the vanilla shake the best. Fries were well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Can't wait until you're the restaurant is open.
I got the Double Patch Burger and fries and they were so good! We had to wait a while for our food at the pop-up event, but it was worth the wait. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful as well. Can't wait for the permanent location to open! ��
We waited for 2 1/2 hours in line for these Awesome Burgers, Fries, And Shakes! Grandchildren got the Vegan Chicken Tenders!!!! Loved every bite and, Worth the Wait INDEED!!!! What an amazing day. I hope you stay close to 1801 L. We need a vegan place in the area. Downtown is great, but the weekends are quiet. Midtown is active 7 days a week and you have 2nd Sats, and the market to attract business. WE NEED YOU in the area. �
What a fantastic event this was! Cheers to the employees who were so engaging and welcoming to all of us who waited in line. And the FOOD?!?! So, sooooo good! If they would share the cheddar cheese sauce recipe, my life would be made! I drove from Chico to support Burger Patch and will continue to do so if it becomes a permanent burger joint! <3

They offer outdoor dining or to go. They have lettuce wrap options at no extra cost or you can opt for a Pushkin’s gluten free bun.
Wonderful and helpful staff. The best vegan burger I’ve had! I will say that the ranch wasn’t very good though, tried it once and didn’t touch it again. Amazing burger & fries though!
I ate here today for the first time and the hype was definitely true. This place is amazing. They got my order right the first time. I changed a few things and everything was perfect. It's hard to get good customer service these days. Keep on doing this and I'll keep coming back!
Went here for the first time today. Didn’t order any burgers as I’ve heard mixed reviews and didn’t want to waste money. Heard the milkshakes were delicious though so I tried the mini 50/50 one and some fries. The fries were ok, had better elsewhere. They were a mixture of dry and greasy. The milkshake was delicious as the reviews said! I wasn’t expecting it to be THIS small even though it was a mini. 😆 But it was surprisingly enough for me and I’ll definitely come get another one! The wait time was kinda long for just a milkshake and fries but we talked to a nice homeless man that goes by the name of Downtown James Brown. I appreciate the cashier (Julian) being nice to him and letting him hug him. He probably needed that touch. ❤️

I was invited to a Yelp Elite event today and was glad to be invited. They are located right on the corner of K and 23rd...you cannot miss it.
I don't typically eat vegan food and it was very interesting to try. The staff here is so nice and helpful.
The tables are outside...no seating indoor...but that did not stop all the people viking this place to enjoy their food.
I ordered the chicken nuggets...fries and half vanilla half chocolate shake.
My daughter ordered the spicy chicken sandwich...fries and chocolate milkshake.
Ok..the fries were so good...they were hot and thin. Crispy on the outside and a tender middle. I love how they were seasoned.
The shake was so chocolaty and good...refreshing. it certainly is wonderful and not a milkshake from a machine...this is truly delicious...I would for sure order this again.
Now...since I never had vegan chicken before..it was kind of weird to me...it for sure taste like chicken and the batter on the outside is good...they come crispy on the outside and tender on inside like real nuggets.
They come with your choice of ranch...bbq sauce or house sauce...the ranch and BBQ are the only 2 I tried...and they were wonderful.
My daughter liked her spicy chicken sandwich. They said it was spicy...and she said it was definitely spicy...but very flavorful.
If you are vegan and looking for a wonderful place to eat...you should try this place..
So so good! I cannot express how much I love this place. It’s amazing food, period. Not good vegan food just good food. The shakes are amazing and taste like real shakes! The sauces so good and if they say spicy it’s actually spicy!
New edit** this experience was much better so I'm moving it up to 4 stars. I got a bowl of Mac n cheese in less than 2 minutes, which is crazy for ordering it at noon. Also the bowl was full this time (lmao). Excellent service, much improvement and will update regularly as I continue going.
After continued visits I am happy to announce that they have vastly improved their customer service and are now serving more full portions. Half empty Mac bowls were tilting for a few months but I'm glad that they've stepped up !
Update 5/8/22: the food is just as delicious as when this place first opened, and the lines are less crazy now. Appreciate that the packaging is all compostable
Old review: What an incredible addition to the Sacramento food scene. We tried the chick'n tenders, fries, a double burger, chocolate milkshake, and lemonade. Everything was fresh and delicious. The line was long and the food took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it!
The food was good and decently priced for the amount of food we got. I somehow forgot to take photos of the chocolate milkshake and the beef smashwrap thing we got. This chickn mac bowl was really good -- I'd get it again for a quick on-the-go snack.
Scrumptious! Delicious! I am happy that I can have a 100% plantbased/vegan burger joint when I am in Sacramento. Especially a place that is open until 12 midnight (game changer). I haven't had a milkshake since going vegan (3 years ago) then I found patch and now I can have vegan milkshakes! 😀
I try to order a new item when I visit, but the secret menu basket of fries are sooooo tempting 😋

I loved my Patch Burger and fries! The flavors we're delicious and they use plant based organic ingredients. There was a short wait for my made to order meal, served in biodegradable packaging. The shakes also look good, I'll have to try one my next visit, I will certainly be back! A wonderful addition to midtown!
Amazing plant-based burgers with an enthusiastic and friendly staff, exceptionally so. They use Beyond patties and their buns are great. Just enough options without being overwhelming. The burgers are made to order so there is usually a minor wait. Highly recommended.
Update: I go here probably once a week or more. They keep changing the menu and adding new fresh items every season. Their new "smash wraps" are amazing, all their chickn products are my favs, love love the lemonade. Everyone I take here loves it whether they are vegan or not. Get the app for discounts.
Food was super good and had lots of flavor! I ordered the BBQ Patch Burger with fries and an earthquake shake 50/50. The vanilla part of the shake wasn't that sweet, but the chocolate was spot on. I will definitely be back for more. ☺️ The only downside is everything is alacarte. I wish there were food combos.
Best restaurant I've tired in a while. Fully vegan. Staff is patient and understanding. I highly recommend the loaded shovel
I come here every once in a while and every time it’s amazing! Always have to get a shake with the order because they’re so good. Friendly staff and not bad wait times, and to be honest I would wait hours to eat this food it’s so good.
The food is amazing. I didn't dare get a shake with all these other calories but the manager poured me a couple little condiment cups of the vanilla and chocolate shakes and they were AWESOME!!! Shame there isn't one closer to me out in El Dorado Hills.
First time here, had the Basic Patch Burger and the Mac 'n Cheese, yummy and soooo glad it didn't have black beans in it! 👍
Friendly, trendy, right in the middle of a family oriented and entertainment oriented area downtown with ample nightlife attractions nearby if you're on a group excursion. Saw a great amount of dates (zero 'first dates' thankfully..I think.. 😅)
Thank James up at the helm for staying so speedy amidst all the heat! ⚡ the diet soda refill! They have all kinds of plant based drinks including TONS of shakes and floats.
No joke let's smash some vegan fun food! Had to do the Kind Burger, (added fries b/c #vegains .. and yes they use a lower 'impact' rice oil on their herbed spuds)
Also the plant based pulled BBQ on gluten free.. don't be shy on the sauce ;)

I woke up today thinking of this mac and cheese!! The seasonings on top are impeccable! The seasonal gravy is amazing too. The burgers are tender and totally hit the spot for your burger cravings. The bunch "chicken" may not be on the level of boneless wings, but they're great for nugget fans! Each sauce is a bit different from it's non-vegan alternative, but I love them all. Everything is so delicious, eating vegan has never been so good. (Do beware that many items have a very mild peppery-ness to them that will be noticeable to the very very spice-sensitive.) The employees were super friendly too. Can't wait to come back!
