The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. I was a little worried given the other reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. To be fair, it was my first time, and I only interacted with one employee, but great overall.
very helpful people working. addressed everyone quickly in such a small space. it has limited supplies to purchase but i easily found the cushioned envelope i needed and they taped on the return slip for me. not the cheapest but handy and helpful.
I maintain a mailing address through this UPS store that is cheap, simple, and very close to work. A great alternative for people who's mail frequently gets delivered to sidewalks or busy streets.
I called ahead and asked for a print job downtown and it was already started when I got there. Incredibly speedy and professional service from Alicia when I had a big interview and I appreciated her help! 👍
