The burger I received was pretty good but the onion on it was weak. The onion rings were very good. The batter and onion stayed together well and didn't do that thing where you end up with a hallow batter ring. The size of the soda was a bit disappointing. The staff were pleasant and prompt.
Took a while to get my food but the fries left a lot to be desired. The wings were okay but were not hot even though they just came out the fryer.
Gave a 4 because love KFC. Fast and friendly but check your order before leaving. Have had three orders filled wrong. Last time, they were cooking chicken and had to wait! Love fresh food. Good thing I didn't need to be somewhere else after 15 minutes.

I ordered on the app, and was texted was ready for pick up, I ordered two items... and got there and they only then put in my chicken pop pie, so had to wait another 20 minutes for that. But was not disappointed when I got to enjoy it !!!
Like many other stores this chain has had to deal with supply chain issues. Which they have no control off. What they have control of is the quality of food they serve and the customer service they give. Both are head and shoulders above the KFC by my house. Yes I drive to this KFC which is about 8 miles farther than the closest store to me. The staff that runs this store get my order right every time. That rarely happens anywhere else. Friendly kids.
