I’ve been in town for work and got back late so I stopped here for something quick. Drive thru service was slow and I was the only one in line. I went to Arby's to try the new wagyu beef burger with the burger sauce and I'll tell you what I'm Not disappointed! It's worth every dollar. Arby's definitely got this burger right and other restaurants should be scared if they keep this quality always.
Terrible meal today! Everything was cold, both fries were undercooked. You could tell the buns for both roast beef sandwiches were old and were broke up. Kind of hard to eat a sandwich like that. A little irritating when you pay that much for fast food now.
Went to arbys today and ordered a pecan chicken wrap. There was no pecans, grapes, celery or apple. Just chicken and lettuce and the sauce was runny, it was warm and gross. Very disappointed was looking forward to one especially on my lunch hour.
Really disappointed. Even used the app. Got shorted food, guy at the register was rude and the fries were the worst I've ever gotten from an Arby's. The burger was good which helped, but overall not a good visit.
Tried the new wagyu burger... not too shabby... got some wierd pickles on it... couple of classic beef and cheddars.....drive thru was fast

The lady who took our order was very rude. Her voice sounded like she hates her job. Wasn’t wearing a hat. Her hair was sticking out everywhere. We said thankyou and she was very rude.
