Really glad I paid for 1 burger and they sent me home with a bag of fries and that's it. How do you not bag the only thing I ordered. Glad I paid 14 bucks for a fry.
Edit: I'll leave my comment but the operating partner reached out to me the next morning and even watched cameras to see what happened. Then she offered me a refund and replacement. So 5 stars for customer service.
Only complaint. Get a cone to close the second lane in the drive thru if you're going to have people merge into one lane or close the lane. I'm not the first one to point this out in the reviews. People are not friendly about letting someone in front of them in line. Even if they ordered after someone. Other than that staff is friendly.
Woah! A Whataburger that not only made the food right but also made it in a reasonable amount of time! I’ll keep coming if this location can keep up the good work.
