Although I didn't stay at Embassy Suites, I did eat at Cyprus Grille just before a concert next door. WOW! This place exceeded my expectations, visually and flavorfully. Ha. For a hotel bar and restaurant this is above par. The happy hour is great. Service was prompt and attentive. The halibut was very good and tasty. I would recommend the Cyprus Grille.
The balsamic dressing on the pizza gave it an odd taste. I think it would've been good without it. The sweet potato fries were delicious tho.
