Amazing restaurant. Staff was super friendly. Probably the best breakfast I have ever had. The roast beef and cheese was fantastic. Biscuits and gravy were very good also. So pleased with a caring , friendly group of employees. A gem everyone should experience.

The Mac and cheeseburger as well as the strawberry bread pudding was amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Went into this cafe with my husband and niece. As soon as we walked in the door, the lady behind the counter yelled out to us that they were full and we would have to go somewhere else. We thought she was kidding at first since the Louisiana people are usually nice and joke a lot. No, not her. S

This place is great. It is like stepping back in time or maybe like going to a friend's house for dinner. I saw one lady get a sample of the casserole before she ordered it. The food was excellent and we got great service even though we were not a locals. We will certainly be back.

Very friendly, quaint and prompt service. Breakfast was delicious, best white sausage gravy.

Breakfast here is good Southern old-fashioned home cooking. Grits with bacon and a side of toast with jelly is my favorite. Lunch is just as delicious. Love the salads, rueben and the burger is one of the best in town. Daily specials are always good too.
